Night person! She was extremely rude to my sister and my nephew when they arrived exhausted at 1:00 am after an 8 hour drive through intense storms! I had let the wonderful day staff know about the late arrival and they said there would be no problem, but the night person refused to check them in— even though they had a copy of the reservation on their phone. They had to wake me up to speak to this very rude person and assure her that they indeed were part of my reservation. She said if she checked them in on my reservation, it would be “fraud”! The irony of it all is that they were paying for their own rooms! Needless to say it was a very difficult night for all of us .

Comfortable beds. Room and bathroom very clean. Excellent breakfast selections. Staff very friendly. Having refrigerator in room was nice. Would definitely stay here again

Not a complaint...just a couple of personal preferences. Would have liked more lighting in the room...one lamp between the two beds and lighting over the desk that wasn't very bright was not enough...room was fairly dark. Would have liked to have another chair...the one desk chair did not serve two people in the room. The elevator was not working which was disappointing.

The location is great. Easy to get to and easy to leave. The breakfast was good. The biscuits and gravy on Sunday was my favorite. The room was nice and very clean. Just like the pic i saw. Awesome job to whoever cleaned that room!! Staff was friendly.

I feel like when a person is working the front desk they should greet people coming in the front door with a smile.

Inviting lobby. Environmentally conscientious: no single use plastic toiletries, reasonable laundry intervals. Good breakfast.

Low water pressure in shower. Breakfast was not refreshed so some items were gone when we got down at 7.(they were eventually restocked) waffle appliance seemed past its prime. Just not quite what we have come to expect at Hampton Inns.

The room was a good size, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Noise from the highway was not an issue. There was a good selection at breakfast, however many of the items were gone when I came to eat at 9:30am (eggs, yogurt, oatmeal). There was only one person working and she was rushing to keep up. She was very polite and helpful and did her best to refill things but I missed having the full selection.

Some of the furniture in the rooms was worn and the elevator was dirty.

Location Previous stays with Hampton that were very clean.

Cleaning chemicals were very strongly scented to the point of causing some eye and nasal irritation Front desk staff was disinterested to the point of “do I smell or what??” Maids were quite loud in the hall in the morning

The property was fine and the rooms were clean and nice.

Room was clean and spacious. We had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and blow dryer, which makes it very convenient. Bed was very comfortable and the pool was open. They even had a little rubber ducky on the tub for kids. I thought that was a nice touch. Makeup remover towelette, little shampoo, conditioner, lotion and bath soap bottles. I like that they had so many little amenities in case you forgot something, which of course we always do..lol

The only thing I didn't like, was that breakfast was so early, that we missed it.

The room was very clean, the breakfast was hot and plentiful. The office staff and cleaning staff were very nice and helpful. It is close to some good restaurants and the freeway to local action.

The elevator kept going out. We got stuck once and I was not happy with that since I am claustrophobic. The fire alarm went off in the early morning of our second day. No fire was found. I smelled interesting smells in the hallway. They should definitely get rid of the carpet.

The pool was closed for maintenance and it wasn't disclosed at the time of booking. Or at all. My daughter was pretty disappointed. If I had known we probably would have stayed elsewhere - there were plenty of options in the area.
