The staff were very accommodating. Everyone was so friendly, from the concierge staff and waiters in the restaurant. Front desk: Check in and check out process was a breeze. Booking for the Coron tours was also done without any hassle. Bonus points for the help in ordering fast-food from a nearby joint for the kids. Restaurant : There was a good variety of dishes to choose from. Price points were likewise reasonable. Breakfast buffet included in the room cost was good - there ware changes made daily in the food dishes being served, allowing us to have different choices daily. Room: The family room was very spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows provided. The kids enjoyed the loft beds, with was made more safe with the additional railings that the hotel provided.

Slippery areas due to rain - some stairs had rainfall water collection, which made some of the steps slippery. Addition of non-slip material on the flooring could help. We stayed in the family room. Would have appreciated a small dining table with chairs inside the room, since rain water made the outdoor table and seats wet as well.

The resort is very comfortable, with 3 pool areas and professional front desk personnel. Rooms are very spacious with a huge double bed that was extremely comfortable. Bathrooms are spacious too, toiletries were provided daily. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. The resort also offers free bottled water throughout your stay, delivered to your room or picked up from reception. The restaurant offers quite a lot of choice and food was good - we ate at the resort most nights. Breakfast choice was very good too. The spa offers treatments that are really well-priced; we enjoyed our massage. Barbecue nights, and special themed nights are organised on the weekend and they are very good value for money too. I would definitely recommend Zuri Resort, for couples or families with children. Tuk tuk rides to the centre of Coron Town cost around 60 Euro cents and are available all day and night.

The resort is big with spacious corridors, open to the elements. The level of cleanliness in these common areas did not meet my expectations (dead insects and dirty glass panes). The infinity pool area also needs some TLC, with broken step tiles. The food at the restaurant is good and decently priced, but service is slow - be prepared to wait up to 45 minutes for your food to reach you after ordering it.

We like the room very much, the location and the lovely pools

The views were incredible at Zuri, we enjoyed soaking up the views while lounging around the hotel's pools. We appreciated the pool bar as well. We also loved our room, it was spacious, very clean, and beautifully designed, very classy, and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, many options both Filipino and Western. The restaurant at the hotel also served delicious food that we enjoyed. The staff were amazing, very warm, hospitable and very helpful. They had a tricycle line right outside the hotel, which was super helpful when we wanted to go out as it is the main form of transportation in Coron (anywhere between 50-60 pesos). Lobster King was also a quick walk down the road, and we loved the seafood there and would highly recommend, so that's a bonus too!

The morning buffet was great with varying items each day. The chocolate brownie with almond was really great!

The outdoors pool area needs some major upkeep. Many tiles under water were loose!! Various other tiles were loose or missing. The curtains around the 4 sunbathing beds can not be closed, only tied back in place. There should be additional sun shades/ umbrellas at both the upper and lower pools. One of the two elevators was out of order and had obviously been like this for a long time when seeing the dust and dirt collected around the area.

The resort looks lovely and very clean. Our room was huge, with a terrace overlooking the sea and sky. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. They also refilled our water bottles daily, which was a nice touch. The staff were amazing—always helpful, smiling, and greeting us warmly. Whenever we had a question, they did their best to assist. Breakfast offered different options each day, and everything we tried was nice. The pool bar was a pleasant surprise—we didn’t realise there was one, and it turned out to be great. Food and drinks at the bar and restaurants were both delicious and reasonably priced. The Wi-Fi was fast too, making it easy to upload photos and videos to social media. Overall, our stay was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family visiting Coron.

The location was a little far from town, but they provided a shuttle service and there were trikes available outside, so getting around wasn’t difficult. During our stay, one of the pools was under maintenance and the jacuzzi wasn’t open, which was a bit of a letdown. The gym had limited equipment, but it was still decent enough for a workout. We also noticed that when the room was made up, it included tidying the bed and linen, changing towels, and emptying the bins, but the used glasses weren’t replaced. It wasn’t a big issue, just something we observed.

Everything about this hotel, from the staff, the service, the accommodation, the location and value for money are great. The staff is accommodating, helpful and courteous. The place is fairly new and location is overlooking the view of the bay. The size of the room is so spacious. The buffet breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of selections. The swimming pool looks amazing and inviting. There is a karaoke room if you are into karaoke. We had a relaxing good holiday in this hotel and would definitely recommend this to other people.

Next door to us were a group of young guests who didn't have any consideration to other occupants in the hotel. At wee hours in the morning ( 4 AM ), they went back to their room making loud noises and bangin g doors ( bathroom door ), probably sick from being rotten drunk. I think they had a night out in town.

Zuri is always my go-to accommodation whenever I’m in Coron. You are greeted with some refreshments and warm welcome from staffs with smile on their faces each time they encounter guests. The breakfast buffet has so much variety with authentic cuisines! Our family loved it! The room is superb! Always clean and maintained each day by the cleaners, which is why I would take my family and friends here. They have so much amenities like the gaming room which my sister loved! She has never experienced that from a hotel before. The drivers are always nice and friendly when transporting us to our designated spots. Each staff works with a smile on their faces and provide accommodating experience that always exceeds our expectations.

There’s nothing to not love about this property. Our staycation here is always perfect.

The room was lovely. Beds, pillows and duvets are super comfortable. The staff were exceptional; reception, bar staff, waiters. We had Allan as our waiter every night, who was so sweet, and the pool bar tender, Rahld was also amazing. All the staff were lovely. The views are beautiful, the food & drinks are lovely. They gave us free water every day. We did the ultimate island hopping tour booked through the hotel with Caledonian (I think!) and they were incredible. I was with my mom (who is 68 but very able) but she was considerably older than their normal guests and they couldn’t do enough for her. The only feedback I could give is that some of the tiles were broken or loose on the poolside, and they could be removed / changed, but it was hard to miss so unlikely to be a problem. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Thank you so much.

Great location away from the hustle of the town but close enough for a quick tuk-tuk ride, there were always tuk-tuks available. The staff were always smiling and the room was very big, clean and had had everything we needed. The balcony was perfect for enjoying the views. Pool bar open until late.

Breakfast was a bit of a scramble when the popular food came out into the buffet. Not many sun loungers around the main pool (with the pool bar) for the amount of rooms, but there were other options by the other pool and viewing terrace.
