We are always allocated the same room when we stay which is great as it has a large fridge to be able to store food which we buy prior to arrival ready for our stay within KNP the next day. Chef Adrian is fabulous, I have Coeliac Disease therefore if their is something on the menu is not gluten free and he can adapt it, if I email in advance he will prepare a gluten free version for me, he’s such a nice guy and only too pleased to help. They also offer a take away breakfast which is great if you want to leave early and get into the park. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else when going in to KNP through Phalaborwa Gate. The hotel is also very close to the gate ish 1/2 kilometres so a great location. It would also be great if you didn’t stay in the park and just want to do day visits.

Absolutely nothing our stay was perfect for what we needed it for.

Wonderful hotel next to Kruger with an excellent restaurant. Excellent fruit bowl with cereal for breakfast. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Helpful and attentive staff.

On. balance minor things: WiFi requires you to set up time and again, which is a nuisance. The music (70s/80s pop) doesn’t suit the atmosphere of this great restaurant. Just one hot drink for breakfast included in the price appears unnecessary mean to me. But these are small issues compared with the overall experience.

Excellent reception and Restaurant Service. The rooms are clean and very well decorated - It feels so serene. I loved the souvenir shop they had and the articles in there. The prices are also great!

The cleaning lady came to know on the door to tell me it's time for her to clean my room. That was uncomfortable because she knew I was still in the room. Also the walk from the parking area to the reception with luggage back , walking past other guests was not a nice experience.

The staff at the hotel give phenomenal service. At the restaurant they accommodate your special meal needs and serve with a smile. Reception was great on arrival and check out and the room I stayed in was exceptionally clean and well equipped with a stunning bush view.

The cleaning staff could just bee a bit less on the cleaning impact noise when they go about their work in the morning before 9 maybe? I also wish the parking area could be a little discreet from the restaurant view - walking up to reception with luggage past the restaurant is a bit of a damper.

The room was very clean and spacious. The food was wonderful with very friendly attendants all round from house keeping to the restaurant waiters and waitresses. Not forgetting the Chefs 👌🏾.

Raw Salmon messed up my second dinner meal but I recovered very quickly the same night after my wife grinded some charcoal for me..

Everything, frankly the staff is great, the food is REALLY good. Breakfast is in the form of a menu and you can very well choose what you wanted. The waiters are really great.

Regarding the service, we had waited really long to receive our dishes, it’s a comment that came back often but it’s true, only we forgive them because it’s really good. Regarding breakfast there was not much sweet, no pancakes for example and the juices were not fresh, we would have preferred oranges squeezed in the morning rather than industrial juices.

The receptionist was very welcoming and made us feel at home right away. Our luggage was taken to our room. The room is very well appointed and very comfortable. The food very good. The safety at the premisses is wonderful.

It is impossible to even make a suggestion as everything we experienced went very well. Just maybe a small point. There is no railing at the first part of the stairs leading to the rooms on the first floor. People will a slight mobility problem may find this a minor point.

We stayed in one of the suites, and loved everything about this hotel. The staff were wonderful, the food was very good, the room was large and well-appointed, and we were right next to the park. We travel a lot, and this is one of our favorite hotels of all time. Greatly enjoyed it.

Restaurant was good. Rooms were large and comfortable. Location perfect as a stop before entering kruger park.

There was a springbok rugby match on. But they weren't airing it anywhere. And the TVs in the room are really terrible (like tiny and also the picture is bad and the sound was so soft even on max volume). Anyway that's what I didn't like.

We once again visited Bushveld because we are very satisfied with the accommodation and location. This small family owned hotel en restaurant are a perfect start for exploring Kruger. A shoutout to Adrian, who is responsible for the excellent food in the restaurant

Just a minor thing is that the wifi is limited to 1 device per person.
