It was like being a part of a big family. There were lots of people from around the world, but what shows it is worth to stay, a lot of families were from Tunisia, Algeria. Locals know what is the best. Food was exceptional, big variety. The staff was very nice, courteous. Smiling, helpful. Our daughter had a health problem. In the middle of the night she had a fever and high pulse. In about 10 minutes the doctor arrived and helped. The rooms were clean and they were keeping it every day. The night shows, the animator were great. We felt that they really like the kids.

By far, a hotel that I was truly impressed with in Tunisia. The staff was exceptional and accommodating in every possible way. It was my big 50th, and boy, did they make it special from start to end of our vacation. I was truly humbled by all that they did for us. The food was so lovely and well presented. The rooms were so big and very clean, and the staff were so lovely and very accommodating. The receptionist staff, wow. Honestly, I can go on and on, as we were all surprised at the lengths they went to to make sure everyone, not just us, was supported. The activities were very entertaining and made you want to win, as the forfeits were very funny. The entertainers were very polite and not forceful or jarring. They had a fabulous photographer who took some amazing pictures of our whole stay, and they were well worth the bargain price, so we bought all of them. I had a lovely strawberry and chocolate cake made for my birthday by the chef, and the whole restaurant sang happy birthday whilst they dimmed the lights and sang. what a showdown. Believe me, if you want to be pampered at any special event, stay there and let them know at the reception, and they will plan it all for you for next to nothing.

My tiny niggle was that the hotel has different elevators for different floors. Levels one and two are on both elevators, but they take you to a different part of the hotel, so you need to get off one level, walk to the opposite elevator, and then go up. Not on all floors. We needed a particular room, and it was a little confusing. I guess it's just how it's built, but it's not a major issue unless you had a few too many drinks. Trying to find your room after that would be impossible, ha.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. I can say this with confidence. The staff go the extra mile and are incredible. From the cleaning staff to the animation team and the management. The food is outstanding also. 10/10. I cannot recommend it enough.

The location is perfect, near old town : Medina The food and its quality( Tunisian Cuisine ) is great, we were pleasant with fact that menu is changeable and we discover each time new menu.

The Wifi was very weak, we 5 persons couldn t connect during our stay .. which we consider as result for -2 in my rating. The cleaning service is providing new towels late around 3 pm without considering the fact that we were 3 in one room and we may take a bath during day.

Nice pool and generally free enough to use. Tidy rooms- but could be cleaner and modernised. Good food variety over the week. Lots of seafood options for those who enjoy

Need a better/larger snack range No BBQ food/dishes at all during our stay :( Breakfast range is bland and same everyday

We were a bit disappointed that the outside pool was closed but other than that we had a great time . Staff was excellent and even made sure we had a bottle of wine when we asked for it,nothing was too much. Thanks guys .

Very good hotel. warm welcome, friendly atmosphere and very attentive staff. The hotel has just been renovated. I’ve was upgraded to pool view. Nice Big pool , Great dinner and breakfast with a very varied choice. I highly recommend, suitable for single ,groups of friends, or families (a new kids club is available with a wide variety of activities) And bonus For night life amateur, there is a trendy club just next to it (cozybar)

Everything was really fine. The location, the pool, food and animation team, especially Scoby :) Nice apartment, a little bit old furniture, but it was no matter for us, just we returned for the sleep. And the price for our family holidays was unbelievable valuable.

The woman working at the spa was rude so we canceled our spa booking. Other than that all the other staff went above and beyond to make our stay excellent
