The room was modern and well equipped. The cleaning lady was an absolute angel and cleaned super well. The location is great, right on the water but easy to get to the airport. I was afraid about the airport noise but honestly it wasn't bothersome at all++ The restaurant is amazing++ 5* and not as expensive as others near by.

Too bad that there wasn't breakfast included for the price+. Also, I think it would have been nice that hotel guests get a discount at the restaurant.The pool wasn't filled when we arrived because they had issues but was soon full. We ended up never using it as it is just next to the penthouse and I felt a bit weird.

The Hype Beach Hotel was awesome! I had rented the SeaSunSand apartment on the first floor and facing the beach for me and my two grandchildren (9 &14). We stayed there seven days. It was perfect—the bed and sofa-bed were very comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped, the bathroom very modern, the walk-in closet (with a safe) great. The room was big enough for three people, and was immaculately clean. The terrace was huge and wonderful—we had tapas or dinner there every night, facing the sea and the beautiful view of the bay. The excellent restaurant on the ground floor was a huge plus—their food is great, and we were able to buy tapas and drinks to enjoy on our terrace. A good grocery store was a five-minute walk away, and downtown Palma a 10mn taxi ride away. Finally, the hotel manager, Hamid, was very helpful getting us taxis and answering all our questions. He also went way beyond his duty to mail me a very important document sent to me that did not arrive before we left. I appreciate immensely what he did for me. I highly recommend the Hype Beach Hotel!

Our stay at the "Ocean Blue Suite" was truly exceptional, making it one of the best apartments we've ever experienced. **Location:** The apartment is perfectly situated right next to a beautiful, wide, and clean beach that is pleasantly uncrowded. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. There’s a convenient restaurant on the first floor, and several others just steps away. A large supermarket is only a 5-minute walk, and the Oceanarium and bus stop to Palma are just 3 minutes away. It only took us 15 minutes by bus to reach Palma's old town. **Apartment:** The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable, and the climate control system works well. The kitchen is well-equipped with high-quality appliances, including an oven, coffeemaker, toaster, and dishwasher. The terrace is enormous, featuring a sofa, sunbeds, and a swing, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the stunning view. They even provide large beach towels, which was a thoughtful touch. Housekeeping comes every second day, which was more than sufficient to maintain cleanliness throughout our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially the Ocean Blue Suite. It’s a wonderful place to stay, and the terrace alone is worth the visit!

The only recommendations I would make are to add a microwave and possibly a washing machine and dryer. These additions would make the apartment even more comfortable, especially for longer stays.

· Unexpected Stay: We had the opportunity to book this hotel for 3 days (2 nights) due to a flight cancellation and the reciprocal cancellation of some flights to Palma of someone who subsequently must cancelled booking of this hotel. What could have been an unfortunate situation turned out to be a magical experience – this was our 5th hotel in Palma in this trip and turned to be the best of them. · Great Location: Perfectly situated basically on the beach, with easy access to a less crowded beach with a fantastic entrance to the water. · Facilities Around: There are great facilities around the hotel, including mini Carrefour, restaurants, affordable beauty salons, and the Palma Aquarium, just a 3-minute walk away, perfect for children. · Warm Hospitality: The entire team was incredibly welcoming, including the owner who speaks English, Spanish, and, of course, German, which is quite common in this area of Palma. Special thanks to Viera, who was especially kind and efficient. · Beautiful Apartments: The apartments were beautifully designed, giving a homely feel. The surprise of a massage chair and the Nespresso machine were wonderful additions. · Balcony with a View: Each room has a balcony where you can enjoy a sunset or a morning coffee with a stunning sea view. The room is super spacious and well equipped. The beach house provides guests with portable sunbeds and umbrellas to borrow, and even bags to store cold drinks or anything you want to take to the beach. That's super handy and useful! The location is superb with easy access to the old town, but away from the crowds. There are plenty of restaurants to dine out within walking distance, and supermarket and pharmacies are there too.

This beach house is not managed like a hotel so the reception staff isn't present/available outside of office hours. The room was cleaned every two days.

Location is absolutely superb. The decor and facilities wonderful and the staff fantastic. Less than 10 minutes from the airport and plenty of places to eat and drink. The water was beautiful and the beach delightful. Highly recommend all round!

Excellent location and a view from the balcony. The swimming pool and terrace on the roof are also remarkable. Very nice hotel personnel. Cleaning on request plus to each 2 day. Very big room and a nice kitchen.

Excellent house and location. Very clean and modern. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant in the same building, very good food. We hope to come back to The Hype Beachouse again soon!

Modern hotel rooms and bathrooms, immaculate, great decor, great helpful staff in hotel and restaurant was amazing!
