It's a small family running hotel. It's the most clean hotel I have seen. They are cleaning every day of your stay. Your bedsheets are ironed and clean every day. New towels every day. They are very thorough in cleaning, even under your bed. Staff war very, very sweet and did they absolute best to please all your wishes but besides professional attitude, they take care of you more like a family member making you feel at home. They,even with language barrier, try everything to please you. I would definitely want to come back because of staff and cleanliness.

Small advice for hotel is to update they facility. Our toilet tank was leaking all the time. We didn't have issue with it but someone could.

The hotel was super clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was really good and there’s free car parking. All excellent! It was also less than a five minute walk to the lovely Roses beach. The family room was very spacious and for our family of 4 it was a really good size. Although the property does not have air conditioning we were given 2 large fans for our room.

Very friendly staff - always with a smile, ready to help. Good breakfast, nice area to sit outside while having breakfast. Rooms were basic but good. Proximity to the beach is great. Parking is either right in front (of the hotel) or just next door (public and free).

It might be that the rooms are in need of renovation soon. Basic is fine, but it is starting to look dodgy if the furniture is peeling off or water damage on the ceiling is not cleaned up.

We were looking for a cozy place to stay with parking and a hearty breakfast :) We got everything we wanted! We also really appreciated how friendly the staff was ❤️ The room was clean, and we were lucky to get one with a mountain view 🥺 🥰 Oh, and the beach and promenade were close by too!

We liked the hotel so much last visit we came back. Room was very clean , All of the owners and staff were very friendly. The facilities were very good as the hotel has 1 star ( deserves more). And value for money breakfast ,overall excellent stay.

Nothing to fault

Good location - just a short walk to the beach and eateries. Rooms are basic but ok and clean. Breakfast is pretty good and stuff really friendly.

Walls are paper-thin, so one can hear everything from the neighbors. The "view" was into small allotment gardens, with lots of smoke, noise from roosters and dogs. Pretty close there was an outdoor weekend event, with loud music and lots of screeming that made our stay less pleasant and restful.

Nice location. Had been before but in a room rather than a studio which we tried this time.

It was fine but having opted for the studio so we could self-cater we were a little disappointed at the kitchen space and facilities.

We booked this hotel on the strength of the reviews .The room was a good size ,the owners and staff were very friendly. Breakfast very good . and every thing was very clean. So another good review well deserved . Easy free parking

Nothing to fault . The hotel exceeds the 1 star rating

The hotel was in an excellent location and the parking was free and right near the hotel. The hotel had lots of natural light and grey airy. The breakfast room was all glass and lovely. You could sit in or outside. Great choice too. The staff were exceptionally friendly and it was only a 10 minute walk into Roses. All was perfect !!

The room is bright, spacious, clean. Fully matches the photo. The breakfast is quite sufficient for a morning snack. The hotel is close to the sea and very close to a large beautiful fortress. A street with a beach, esplanade and many excellent restaurants a few tens of meters from the hotel. The hotel has its own spacious parking lot. I think I'll come here again.
