Very friendly staff - always with a smile, ready to help. Good breakfast, nice area to sit outside while having breakfast. Rooms were basic but good. Proximity to the beach is great. Parking is either right in front (of the hotel) or just next door (public and free).

It might be that the rooms are in need of renovation soon. Basic is fine, but it is starting to look dodgy if the furniture is peeling off or water damage on the ceiling is not cleaned up.

Good location - just a short walk to the beach and eateries. Rooms are basic but ok and clean. Breakfast is pretty good and stuff really friendly.

Walls are paper-thin, so one can hear everything from the neighbors. The "view" was into small allotment gardens, with lots of smoke, noise from roosters and dogs. Pretty close there was an outdoor weekend event, with loud music and lots of screeming that made our stay less pleasant and restful.

Nice location. Had been before but in a room rather than a studio which we tried this time.

It was fine but having opted for the studio so we could self-cater we were a little disappointed at the kitchen space and facilities.

We booked this hotel on the strength of the reviews .The room was a good size ,the owners and staff were very friendly. Breakfast very good . and every thing was very clean. So another good review well deserved . Easy free parking

The hotel was in an excellent location and the parking was free and right near the hotel. The hotel had lots of natural light and grey airy. The breakfast room was all glass and lovely. You could sit in or outside. Great choice too. The staff were exceptionally friendly and it was only a 10 minute walk into Roses. All was perfect !!

The room is bright, spacious, clean. Fully matches the photo. The breakfast is quite sufficient for a morning snack. The hotel is close to the sea and very close to a large beautiful fortress. A street with a beach, esplanade and many excellent restaurants a few tens of meters from the hotel. The hotel has its own spacious parking lot. I think I'll come here again.

Really good location, just a 3 minute walk to the beach and a lot of cafes/restaurants on walking distance. Good breakfast, you can eat muesli with oat milk and fruits if you are vegan. When the neighbours were taking a shower or going to the toilet we could hear this loud and clear Dogs are allowed, only in the apartments, some of them were barking now and then

Not much sound insulation so woken up by neighbouring room shower noise at 6am and cleaners started early and were talking loudly in corridors

Small, friendly hotel with very welcoming and helpful staff. Breakfast is good, with a reasonable choice, and the breakfast room is particularly pleasant - all glass (open in good weather) with views of the garden. Rooms are clean and comfortable with an outside space. Would have liked to have had a comfortable chair or settee. The hotel is generally calm and relaxing. Only problem was on our last night when guests in another room had a radio playing loudly until 1am in the morning. This was our second stay and we will definitely return (armed with ear plugs, in case of loud radios!)

We really enjoyed our stay but were disappointed by the late night disturbance, caused by thoughtless fellow guests.

Helpful staff recommending nice bars and restaurants! Rooms and everything clean. Decent value for price with breakfast included.

Some noise from other rooms. Snoring and tv. But I snore too so people might think same about me!
