Although so close to the airport they have soundproofing that means your room is so quiet. The curtains also block out the light really well. The beds and pillows are so comfy you get a great nights sleep, the room has all the extras you need or could want. Breakfast is lovely with hot and cold options there is something for even the pickiest person. The staff are all so friendly and no matter how late the checkin or how early the checkout you will get to deal with warm and friendly staff. I must not forget housekeeping as they keep the rooms so spotlessly clean.

Like everywhere the price might be better but to be honest this is good value for money and I never found anything that isn’t great. It’s my second time using the hotel and will not be my last

Particularly friendly, welcoming and efficient staff - seems to me that Marriot must go to a lot of trouble to select the very best people. I was particularly impressed that when I left something valuable in my room after checking out, they contacted me straight away to arrange its return. Otherwise, it is fairly typical of a good, modern airport hotel from a major chain- very clean, very comfortable with everything you need, so after a long journey it's an oasis of comfort. Of course, that's pretty much the industry standard, but the efficiency and helpfulness of all the staff - reception, bar, restaurant & housekeeping - was a standout feature.

What a brilliant hotel, plenty of parking on arrival which is great after a long day driving. Check in was quick and staff obliged my request for an upper floor. Room was great, plenty of space, clean tidy and well equipped with a great view of the airport runway (a little bonus for an aircraft fan like me). Good comfortable bed and great pillows. Breakfast I can say was probably one of the highlights, this was one of the best buffet style breakfasts I think I've ever had at a hotel...

Only thing I would have a negative for was the pricing of the food in the bar at night. Granted yes its a captive audience being at the airport, but £20 for fish and chips is excessive and nearly £4 for a soft drink!! Come on guys.....

Starting with the reception, it was quick and efficient and the young man booking me in was very friendly. The bedroom was very spacious, the bed was large and comfortable and the en-suite facilites were of a high standard. Other facilities included a small fridge and a laptop safe. The food on offer was varied and included vegetarian options. The service was efficient and friendly. The hotel is very close to the airport terminal (approx. 100m) and is great if you have an early mrning flight.

It is outwith the control of the hotel, but public transport links on a Sunday are very poor

Fairly new hotel which is right next to Inverness Airport so the hotel is ideal if you are catching a flight to or from the airport. My room looked really nice and stylish and was very clean. Couldn’t fault any part of the room, was all perfect. Despite being next to the airport you don’t hear any noise as the rooms have triple glazed windows and have soundproofing as well. It is probably the quieter airport hotel I’ve ever stayed in to be honest. Free parking onsite as well which is an added bonus. Despite being a buffet breakfast my cooked breakfast was lovely and hot which makes a change as lots of other hotels I stay at the buffet food is always luke warm at best. Overall excellent hotel, highly recommend it. 10/10

The hotel and room were very clean and modern. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was spacious. It was great to have a fridge and safe in the room too. I was particularly impressed with the level of customer service and professionalism shown by the staff during our breakfast and upon checking in. As someone who cannot have dairy; I also liked the fact that milk alternatives were available without having to ask for them as well as the dairy free yoghurt which was also freely available in the buffet selection and mentioned on the breakfast menu. The breakfast was delicious and had everything we needed for a wholesome morning meal.

Some noise came from the joining room (locked door) from other guests (not part of our party) but not overly disruptive

I’ve stayed at many of the Marriott properties worldwide, and was astonished at the cleanliness of the rooms and especially the public areas and washrooms. Additionally the friendly and inviting demeanour of the staff made for a more enjoyable stay. Make sure to pay attention to the Marriott Bonvoy benefits. This will net you additional benefits like the Arran Ice-cream and more (a must). Food presentation was exceptional, and full of flavour with national dishes suitable for all diets.

Nothing bad to say, wished my stay was longer!

The location for anyone arriving from or leaving the airport early or late, is perfect. The hotel was clean and well equipped. The room was spacious and the King-sized bed even more so! The bed itself was comfy, warm and enough pillows available. The shower room was well appointed with a lovely large hot shower. We dined in the bistro (bookings required) and the food was delicious with good portions sizes for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The drain in the shower was either blocked or not very effective so the water when showering pooled at your feet.

Hotel was ideal for dividing our time between Inverness and Nairn. Although very close to the airport no disturbance from the sound of take off etc. The breakfasts were excellent and everything was well cooked. From staff on reception, room cleaners and restaurant staff everyone was very friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Attention to little details, coffee ring and sticky strip on room table but not marked down as could easily be an oversight.

This place did very well on the basics - staff were great, breakfast was good, it was right by Inverness Airport (2 minute walk). Most of all we had a great sleep here in a quiet room with a really comfortable bed.

I will never, ever, ever understand these semi-transparent toilet cubicles. If you take a shit in this place, whoever you share the room with can both see and hear you do it. So weird...secondly, the tv didn't work. This was the whole hotel, not just our room. Lastly, I had to insist at check in that we got our room. It was a long day and the room wasn't ready for some reason (at 1510). We got a different room that was ready, but there's no reason not to make check-in on time when you're paying 250.
