Beautiful, rural location, quite a way outside Inverness. Room and ensuite spotlessly clean, bed was comfortable, generous hospitality tray. Continental breakfast more than adequate with good selection of items served - option of full, cooked breakfast also available (but we did not partake). Inverness airport fairly close but not particularly busy - definitely not intrusive.

Having to vacate the property by 10am every day, not just on departure day - would have been nice to be able to relax and stay longer, taking advantage of the garden etc.

Clean and well kept. Quiet location out in the countryside. Nice continental breakfast was included and it was fun chatting to other guests at the table in the morning. Hosts were very friendly and helpful with directions to Nairn for evening meal. Was great for our one night stay on our way from Glasgow to Orkney.

It's a little bit out of the way, need to drive 5 minutes to get to Nairn or Ardersier for food etc. Accommodation is just your bedroom and bathroom which some may find restrictive.

Very quiet and rural location. The king superior room was quite spacious with a huge TV, the other was smaller, but both were very comfortable and clean. The host was very friendly and communicative. There was also a very sweet Boston Terrier. Private parking. Very complete and varied breakfast. We really enjoyed it. Thank you.

An excellent stopover location in the middle of farm fields. Very quiet. We stayed for one night transiting Edinburgh towards the Highlands. The room was well appointed in a very nice home. We were given good suggestions for dinner in town. The breakfast was in the large kitchen area and it was excellent.

Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location is 10 mins from the Inverness airport and the charming town of Nairn. We had a flight to catch early morning, so cannot speak to the breakfast. Just be aware that it is close to the airport, so you will hear planes from time to time. However, flights stop at a very reasonable hour at night, so should not disturb your sleep.

Bit far out from places to eat had to drive and we had been driving all day. Rest off our stay was good

The room was very comfortable. Very comfortable bed, everything very cleaned. Nice view from the room. You need a car to get there.

It would be nice to have a different room for breakfast, the room available is part of the kitchen and laundry room, so it could be noisy.

Quite formulaic. Cellophane wrapping on lamp shades were a little off-putting. Breakfast quite sugary. Laminate flooring is efficient but quite cheerless.

Usually stay closer to city centre so it was a bit of a drive and it is rural. Lovely drive in the summer though and sat nav directions took me straight there.

Lovely place, not the easiest to find but clear instructions given in advance. Room was spotless and spacious. Breakfast was continental with cereal, fruit, yoghurt, toast and preserves all available.

I was looking forward to a cooked breakfast, which was offered, but at an additional cost of £8 pp.
