My husband and I stayed here for three decadent nights. We love being able to settle in and explore an area without having to check in and check out everyday. The bed and breakfast was exceptional. Breakfast everyday was gourmet and delicious. We love being able to see popular sights without having to deal with tons of tourists. Great views of the North Sea and nice walking trails with rock pools. Location was perfect for getting to the whisky distilleries and the towns of Aviemore, Elgin and Inverness. Highly recommend this bed and breakfast!

Our stay at SunnyBrae was everything you expect from a great B&B. Gracious, engaging and helpful hosts - Rachel and John, a clean, comfortable and well equipped room, yummy breakfast and fabulous location overlooking the sea (a lovely spot to enjoy a glass or two of wine while taking in the view). Also had good parking and charging points for electric cars.

Lovely clean and friendly place to stay. The staff came in every morning with clean towles and cleaned the room . The view from the bedroom window was great. Looking out onto the links and the beach, every day was heaven .

I'm not keen on breakfast times. I'm not sure if this is what all B&Bs do.

John and Rachel were so welcoming and made our stay so delightful. The setting on the Firth was so peaceful and quiet. The breakfast and long chats with John and Rachel made our visit so special. We highly recommend this B&B for people who want to experience Scottish hospitality at its best.

Breakfast was lovely; well presented, well cooked and so much choice. The view from the dining room was picturesque. Rachel and John went over and above to make everything perfect for our stay. Lovely couple and wish them continued success. Book your next trip here, you won't be disappointed.

That we had to leave!!

Perfect hosts, perfect location, very scenic and quiet, with delicious home made breakfast, rooms were absolutely clean and of a good size. This is a place you should tell all your friends about and keep it a secret from all the others ;) Thank you John and Rachel for our wonderful stay!

Nothing

a wonderful location overlooking the Moray firth. It was easy to find with ample parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was superb. Our room was very clean, light and airy and quiet with no traffic noise.

For us only a small point but the TV a bit small .

Where to begin ?! Rachel and John are the most wonderful people ! They make you feel like family ! This was our favorite place on our 2 week trip through Scotland. We will definitely return . From the delicious breakfast to the incredible views , this place is really special.

Our stay at Sunny Brae was wonderful. John and Rachel were warm and welcoming. John assisted with making dinner reservations (a must in Scotland, as we have come to learn!). The views across to the water were beautiful. Only a short walk on a path along the beach to the port. Breakfast was delicious and filling. We loved our stay!

Nothing! It was wonderful.

Everything. Room was warm, clean and comfortable. The service and friendliness of the hosts was excellent. The guesthouse was bright and very welcoming. The breakfasts were very enjoyable, well cooked and presented well. We had a beautiful view from our room.
