This place is delightful. The rooms are upstairs from the restaurant and bar. The food at the restaurant is delicious. There was definitely noise at the bar coming into the bedroom, but we really didn't mind because it was all part of the experience. We stayed here because we were curious to see Inverness, but didn't want to stay in Inverness. This hotel is in a delightful suburban, seaside town. Be sure to walk to shore from the hotel.
It was a little loud upstairs in the bedroom while people were in the bar but it didn't really bother us. It sounded like people were having fun and we enjoyed knowing that.

Great location. Staff let us check in early which was a bonus. Stayed in a triple room with double aspect so could open the windows and get a nice cool breeze for a good sleep. Really nice bar with great real ales downstairs.
Really noisy neighbours (we could hear them partying from our room and they were actually across the hallway behind a firedoor). Also housekeeping tried to get into our room just before 8am on the Sunday morning. Definitely a rude awakening. The lady said that we shouldn't be in the room as apparently we'd checked out the day before. Erm no. Room paid for until 10.30am. We did get an apology, however unfortunately we couldn't get back to sleep.

Location excellent - could walk everywhere I needed to very quickly, very near beach and shops, and bus station. I was glad of the heated towel rail in the ensuite bathroom as I was able to dry my clothes. Breakfast was £10 extra - had cooked breakfast first morning, nice variety of items. Staff allowed me to leave my case there for three hours while exploring Nairn on the day of departure.
Shower cubicle was very narrow - like a filing cabinet. Although shower was good and powerful, and easy to operate, it was hard to manoeuvre. Good to have a television in my room, but telly high up on wall with small screen.

Lovely little hotel in a nice location. All of the staff were warm and welcoming and Rebecca was exceptional! She treats everybody in the same positive and caring manner, whether you're a local or a stranger. I missed breakfast due to being busy with work, but the haggis bon bons and fish and chips the night before were spot on! Very fresh tasting and non-greasy. The Innis & Gunn was a good pint! Both the bedroom and bathroom were large, clean and comfortable. Great bed and great shower (over bath). I would stay here again without question, and it was very good value for money.
Nothing not to like.

We had a pleasant stay in the Havelock after attending an evening function. The hotel's greatest asset was the staff. All those we met were very helpful and willing to go "the extra mile" to assist customers.
There was no carpet flooring in the bedroom. Instead it was wooden which I can understand will make it easier to clean but is not as welcoming - especially in the wintertime. The siting of the toilet meant that it was over a sloping room which made it awkward to make use of the facilities - especially if you are 5ft 10inches plus. Although all the usual items were available at breakfast there was something missing from the taste.

I was only here one night but have to say it was fantastic value. The room was fab, really big, lots of space, furnished well, comfy bed. Great to have iron and board in room. Bathroom equally spacious and clean, powerful shower, (just needs a wee shelf and a towel ring next the sink!). The bar and food were exceptional, the Haggis fritters and Fish Trio were delicious. Beer lovers will love the array of cask ales on tap. Loch Lomond brew was terrific. Breakfast...massive! Freshly cooked, really good Black Pudding. Location near the beach perfect, certainly look to come back with the family. Staff tremendously friendly well done everyone!

Very helpful and friendly staff, delicious breakfast (English breakfast, coffee, tea, juice, toasts, corn flakes, etc.). Nice restaurant/bar downstairs with good food. Noise isolation was perfect, no noise from downstairs in the room. We left early, so we had a packed breakfast for the morning, much appreciated 🥰 The town of Nairn was also very charming and the hotel is located in it's center. Definitely recommend staying here!

Well located near the beach and good start point for trips to Inverness, Loch Ness etc. Very friendly staff. Nice to have a Pub with dinner option in house, as well to have a drink in the evening. The fish and chips were great. Room was spacious and well equipped. The served breakfast was fresh and delicious.
Decor and rooms a bit outdated. The car park was under construction, so we had to park on the street, which was sometimes a bit tight, but found a place.

Very well located. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great room - very spacious- with nice bathroom, with a bath and overhead shower. Very clean. Good food in the bar, with several veggie options and very tasty. I would definitely book again.
I don't think there was an alternative to the full Scottish breakfast available, which I didn't want, so I had breakfast elsewhere. The room was very nice, but take ear plugs.

Everything was perfect. The location was absolutely amazing! Beautiful scenery, lovely beach, and trails for walking. The staff were wonderful, very welcoming, friendly, and hospitable. Our double room was spacious, with an ensuite toilet, shower, and a bath, and very clean. The pub has a fantastic atmosphere, the food was excellent and everything was great value for money. We will definitely stay again and we will highly recommend it to others.
We couldn't fault anything.
