Clean, tidy, older well maintained exterior but modern interior

We arrived in Inverness by bus and so we were expecting the 15/20 minute walk to Inverness city centre for breakfast. We had great weather so it was no problem walking in. There are loads of breakfast options in the city centre like Cafe Artysans. Inverness city centre seems to liven up at night, some places are still serving food at midnight, so where Cambeth Lodge is situated is nice and quiet

Friendly and warm welcome from our hostess. Secure [free] on site parking. Located in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to excellent restaurants and great Scottish cultural shops. Clean and comfortable bedroom with en-suite. Excellent cooked to order breakfast

Bedroom and bathroom were small and very little space to unpack or place toiletries

Excellent all round. Beautifully clean. Quiet- couldn't hear other guests. Radiator could be turned off and windows opened so room doesn't overheat. 12 minutes walk to Inverness centre.

Maybe think again about not providing breakfast or at least explain why? Although the owners make it very clear throughout that there is no breakfast, the cost feels a bit high for room only.

Great location, <15 mins walk from town and in a residential street,. Fluffy white towels, modern and well maintained room and very clean. Good coffee, a nice shower - everything worked perfectly.

It was a shame there's no breakfast option, but I walked into town and picked up some good coffee and pastries!

The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Check-in and out was very easy. It is well located about 15 min walk from the centre of town but in a quiet area. I felt very relaxed there.

There's nothing I didn't really like about my stay.

Nicely renovated house with lovely decorated, clean and very well equipped room. Located in a quiet residential area with 15-min walk to the city centre with bars, restaurants etc. Good contact with the owner. Highly recommended :)

Almira was the most delightful hostess and the Lodge is beautiful - large, comfortable, beautifully decorated rooms. Extremely clean. There is a lovely guest lounge room. Breakfast was plentiful. We were made very welcome, and it was a delight to meet Almira. Easy walk into the centre of town.

There was nothing we disliked. Don’t be put off by the exterior, which is devoid of any landscaping - the inside of the Lodge is lovely.

Cambeth Lodge has a lot of atmosphere. A house from the 19th century, but still modern. Great large room, excellent beds, exceptionally good breakfast. The buffet offers everything that belongs to a great breakfast, eggs and so on can be served to order. Parking in the courtyard directly at the house. And Emira is a very friendly and helpful owner.

It was a beautiful modern room in an exceptionally kept historical building. The hosts were lovely, and I would definitely recommend the lodge as a wonderful comfortable place to stay. Free Parking was also a bonus.

AMAZING! The real room actually much bigger than what it looks in the photo. Very clean and tidy, everything looks like brand new. very comfortable bed with coffee machine and teas etc. 10~15mins walk to the city center. Will definitely live here again next time!
