Large clean room. Comfy bed and lovely smelling cosy bedding. Plenty towels provided and soap etc. kitchen looked well equipped and clean although I didn’t use it. Host was lovely and showed me round despite me being quite late arriving. Easy to find with plenty parking nearby. Right next to retail park.

Only thing I didn’t like was the creaking floors.

Perfectly clear instructions, contactless check-in and check-out. Very good location, next to retail park. The amenities are perfect, kitchen is well equipped. The housekeeper is very nice, always had a nice word or tip for your day!

The walls are a bit thin, but despite this we had good nights' sleep without any interruptions.

The room was spacious and had everything I needed in it.

The communal bathroom was not clean and in need of reparation works. I appreciate it was a communal bathroom so I could have just been unlucky with the guests I had to share with.

It was clean, nice, comfortable and in a very calm area.

Everything was good. The floors were reaking a little and the walls are thing but this is common with these older English homes.

The staff were very helpful. The room and Bath were clean. The kitchen was clean and everything was labeled so it was easy to find things.

The mattress was a bit hard.

Lovely guest house. Large comfortable bedroom. Clean shared bathrooms. Excellent and fully equipped shared kitchen. Very nice friendly staff.
