The rooms were exceptionally clean! Beds were super comfy as were the pillows. There was a small kitchen area that was perfect for preparing a cup of coffee in the wee hours of the morning. Janice was very accommodating in that she offered to drive us to our destination if we could not get a taxi. She also offered to make us brown bags to go if desired. When she learned we were interested in playing Scrabble, we returned home to find a game waiting for us! So very kind of her! Lastly, breakfasts were enjoyed with good food and lighthearted conversations.

Our room was lovely and big, done up in relaxing neutral colours. The guesthouse was well maintained and very clean, with gardens that surrounded the property and places to sit and enjoy them. It was a short walk to the city centre and shopping. Janice was very friendly and certainly contributed to our great experience. She provided booklets for day trips from Inverness that we could take with us, along with her knowledge of the history that related to places we were going to visit. She also recommended a website we could use to book restaurants to ensure we had a place to eat dinner as it was a busy time in Inverness. The breakfast was delicious and very generous and the dining room was bright and roomy. Would highly recommend this property.
Everything was great. No Complaints

This was such a great stay! The owners are amazing. They cook a wonderful breakfast and she gave such good advice about what to do in Inverness and all of Scotland. The room was very comfortable and had very thoughtful amenities. We missed a tour one day and Janice helped us plan our entire day out so we wouldn’t miss a thing! 5 minute drive to Inverness, 20 min walk. In a quiet neighborhood.
Our only complaints were that parking was a little tricky and the shower had very low pressure. But those are so minor in comparison to how wonderful the stay was.

Everything! After an unexpectedly long day, it was lovely to arrive to a warm friendly welcome. Room was presented beautifully, with thoughtful touches, e.g. pillow chocolates, availability of small personal items should you need them. The attention to detail denoted experience & attention to detail. Even though we arrived late, Keith took the time to fully explain everything we needed to know, and also enquired if we needed anything, which we really appreciated. The room was toasty warm, and the bed very comfortable. In the morning, Janice greeted us just as warmly as Keith. Breakfast was excellent & huge! The quality of the locally sourced produce and butchery items was amazing, again the attention to detail was amazing. Janice provided us with a lot of local advice, invaluable! We wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks very much Janice & Keith!
Not being able to stay longer. We're from NZ, road tripping.

Excellent two-night stay a 20 min walk from the busy parts of Inverness. Breakfast was fantastic with many options to choose from, Janice was very friendly and welcoming with recommendations that made us feel cared for, the room was spacious and clean, and we slept well. Parking on the property was a plus even though it was a little tricky to navigate with the narrow driveway, but that might have just been me. Did I mention the breakfast?
The downstairs bathroom might be challenging for a taller person, but we had no issues. Some noise from guests upstairs.

The host was very friendly, the room was comfortable with lots of space for us and the dog. There was also nice touches e.g. a small fridge with fresh milk and treats for the dog. The breakfast was really good and they were very accommodating for all types of preferences and allergies.
The only minor thing was that the bathroom that came with our room was across the hall. Not a big deal for us, since they provided robes and it was quiet so we didn't bump into other guests, but worth people knowing in case they wouldn't be comfortable with that.

Everything was beyond expectations! the host was such a funny welcoming person, and nothing was too hard for her. the breakfasts provided were off the charts, the best local produce was sourced, and I even tried Black Pudding which was better than I expected. Cleanliness was next level, fantastic location walking distance to town and car parking was provided on the property. 10/10 for every part of our stay. I wish we could go back, I'd stay here again just for the breakfast!

An excellent good size bedroom, my initial thought was "it's a pity we're only here for 1 Night!" We had the ground floor room with the en suite just a few paces across the hall, which wasn't a problem as Janice had provided bathrobes. The bed was comfortable and the room was very cosy, a good deal of thought had gone into the presentation. Breakfast was very good with a selection of cooked food, cereals, fruits and yogurt. Janice was extremely friendly and it was nice to sit close to her kitchen at a long table and chat to her and other guests. We were close enough to restaurants to be able to walk, especially after having been in the car for most of the day.
Absolutely nothing

The hosts made our stay memorable. The accomodation had everything we needed for our family stay. The welcome chocolates on the pillow were a lovely touch and not to mention the breakfast. Really tasty and traditional Scottish breakfast options. Perfect quiet location with a short distance walk to the centre. Host was able to provide great recommendation for sight seeing and place of interest. Will definitely return.
Everything was as expected

A really lovely B&B. On arrival we were made to feel very welcome. Our room was lovely with a great deal of thought put into customer focus. Great layout, comfortable room, brill en suite, the shower lovely - attention to detail and the Traditional Scottish Breakfast was outstanding. Thank you for making our last evening in Scotland so memorable.
Nothing to dislike - always do your research and you won’t be disappointed.
