Kimcraigan B&B was everything we could have wanted on Loch Ness. We had beautiful views of the loch from our room window. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and our host, Kim and her husband Andy were so friendly. Along with the choice for a full Scottish breakfast each morning, there was cereal, fresh fruit, and yogurt. We also enjoyed coffee and orange juice with our meals. It was close enough to Inverness to get there within 15 minutes if we wanted, but we appreciated the quieter, more peaceful atmosphere being away from the city provided.

I cannot think of any way things could have been better. The only issue we had is our rental car's GPS took us to the wrong location, which is not the fault of the accommodation.

If anyone wishes for a gorgeous location in Scotland with amazing accommodation, Kimcraigan B&B is the place to go. My fiancé and I were warmly welcomed by one of the most friendly and hospitable hostesses. Kim is incredibly dedicated and would go above and beyond for her guests. Honestly, I felt like a member of their family! She was always there to help and was unfailingly polite. The entire accommodation/villa is absolutely immaculate. Every square inch has been cleaned meticulously, and everything looks like it's polished every day. The bathroom shines, the bedroom with its amazing lake view is pristine. The breakfast, cooked by Kim herself, was one of the best English breakfasts I've ever had in my life. Kim pays attention to every detail, such as asking how we would like our breakfast and what our preferences are. The location itself is beautiful, and the garden is stunning. One evening, we sat out on the terrace, and Kim even offered us a blanket! I highly recommend it to anyone. As a couple, this was our first-ever experience at a B&B, and we would repeat this experience anytime! P.S. Kim, myself Alex, your Brummie Romanian will come back whenever I'm in the surroundings. Stayed at Kim's with my wife, daughter and a befriended couple for 4 nights. We've been to alot of B&B's and hotels, but we've never met a kinder soul. Kim is just the best, she gave us a warm welcome, made sure we were comfortable fr the duration, made us all breakfast to suit our needs and even went above and beyond when my wife had a dental health emergency. A well deserved 10 points from me accross the board. We'd be happy to visit again. Thank you Kim

What a hidden gem! I'm so glad I decided to stay here and not in Inverness. The location is spectacular — not only is it ON the Loch Ness, it's situated perfectly as a jumping-off point for day trips. My room was spotless, cozy, and quiet. Kim and her husband were wonderful hosts — warm, kind, and very helpful — and the custom breakfast every morning was both delicious and more than enough to power me through my busy days. The price point was excellent. Stay here!

Stunning view of Loch Ness from the bedroom window, Friendly helpful host, plentiful and excellent breakfast( enjoyed the freshly made fruit pots) comfy bed, everything very neat, tidy and very well presented. A very enjoyable stay in a lovely quiet area. Would recommend to anyone.

Nothing.The only possible thing that could have been a problem was parking - we were able to park O .K but the car park opposite was for the small community and was full at times.But this is obviously beyond the hosts control - there is limited parking on the property.

Our room was immaculate. The house is on the lake. We had our own private bathroom that was very clean and updated. Each of us had luxurious baths in the very deep, comfortable tub. We had a view of the lake and the mountain from our room. The breakfast was amazing and made to order. It was so much food, We did not need to eat lunch each day. The beds were very comfortable. The room and area is very quiet. Kim and her husband are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again if we're in the area.You need a car to stay here. Free WiFi and parking.

Everything about Kimcraigan and the hosts was first class, breakfast was fabulous,location to die for and Kim and Andy were the loveliest people you could wish to meet, we will be back to see them again and enjoy their warm hospitality.

The room was spacious and clean and with a comfortable for a good night sleep. Also the view from our room and the garden over Loch Ness are amazing. We had our drinks in the garden overlooking the Loch. Breakfast was fresh, tasty and plenty of choice. Beautiful location: outskirts of Inverness, right on shores of Loch Ness. Easy access to both Inverness attractions and to destinations on the Loch, like Urquhart Castle. Hostess Kim was very gracious, helpful, friendly. Very accommodating, eager to help.
