Most everything was great - check in, check out, and all contact with the front desk was great and breakfast was terrific (both in terms of choices and quality of the food). The fitness room was very good, too - clean and with really good equipment. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and comfortable. The woman at the front desk on our second night was particularly pleasant!

The pool was a disappointment. I especially looked for a hotel with a possibility of swimming some laps, but the pool had a lot of pigeon feathers in it in the early hours and then was full of people in the afternoon and evenings. The second night we were there some party was going on with very loud music. When I called the front desk, I was told that it would end by 11pm - pretty late, given that tours in Jaipur often start early in the morning to avoid the heat.

- Large comfortable rooms - amazing service from the staff - breakfast was varied and tasty - pool area and gym were nice - location is about a 10 min taxi to the centre of Jaipur and only around 750m away from central train station. - I unfortunately picked up a stomach bug in Delhi just before arriving at this hotel, but thankfully it was the perfect place to stay whilst I recovered. We extended our stay from 4 nights to a full week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are good size and comfortable, bed & linens and very clean. All standard 5 star hotels amenities are available at the property. Clean washrooms but there no bathtub.Easily accessible to all parts of the city.

The mattress is very hard in the rooms, there was no smartTV in my room.At the 31st night gala dinner the music arrangements like the live music and the and the DJ were very poor and couldn’t entertain the crowd. The property & rooms are a bit dated and need a makeover.

All staff were very courteous and eager to help. They always went out of their way to help and provide a good service. In room dining options are good and the food was delivered fresh and quite fast every time. The room cleaning service was also good and so were the staff at reception.

The main continental restaurant (mosaic) should also do a la carte food at dinner time instead of just buffet. Overall the food is very good at the hotel and there are plenty of options to choose from.

Staff at this Radisson are a class apart. I cant praise them enough for the sincerity with which they greet guests, and make them comfortable. And believe me, its not a small thing to know you’re being met by genuinely warm people. The food in all restaurants is brilliant - I can’t thank them enough. Beds were comfortable.

Showers need some work, but they swiftly found a solution and sorted the issue. Everything else was perfect.

I booked the Radisson City Center for its restaurants and location for the city tour the following day. I enjoyed seeing the morning staff every morning for breakfast before heading out for the day. They always have smiling faces in the morning. The Chinese and Kebab Factory restaurants are great choices for dinner.

nothing the hotel can control, but the honking and dust from the busy intersection in front of the hotel. Also, my room was located across from the elevator and I also hear noises from people passing by.

The breakfast that was included with our booking was well worth it - the food was incredibly good, and had a wide variety of American, European, and Indian options to choose from for folks who didn't want to eat the same food each morning. The indian food was authentic in flavor and spice - not whitewashed like some places catering to tourists. The sous chef was incredibly helpful in working with our family members who can not eat gluten or dairy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although it was obvious when we checked in to our suite that someone had recently smoked in our non-smoking room, which was a bummer. Still, probably one of the better options in jaipur for a large corporate hotel that isn't specifically a luxury hotel like ITC.

We hosted some wedding celebrations here, and while all the staff were friendly, the event planning staff were not very available or helpful much of the time. The location is not great - very loud at night, not particularly close to anything of great interest despite being in the city center.

Breakfast options are great with a lot of Indian and non-Indian options. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Room design is good because it allows me to open two large luggage and one carry-on and leave them on the floor. Location is safe, I can walk around to buy some small personal items. Didn't use the pool but checked it out and it was nice. We use the hotel to refresh after our trip to Ranthambore National Park and it was very refreshing to stay in a clean modern Western style hotel.

The only thing I don't like is the fact they only issue one room key. This is annoying for families because if you leave to go out yourself you will need to ask the front desk to unlock the elevator for you. (Even if you go to gym or pool you have to go down to reception to ask them to send you.) Finally after complaining multiple times they finally gave in and gave me a spare key but I find the policy to be annoying and should be revised. All other 4-, 5-star hotels that I stayed in had no issue with issuing 2 keys.

The hotel was clean and the staff were brilliant, especially Kajal and Rajashee on reception. I arrived earlier than the stated checking in time yet they were able to accommodate me and even upgraded me to a business suite for no extra charge. The breakfast was a great mix between Indian and Western options and the room service was great. They also changed GBP into Rupees for me with no charge. Would absolutely stay again!

Solid choice for Jaipur within walking distance of the main railway station. Good WiFi. Clean. Reasonable rooftop pool for a quick swim.

Restaurant experience - shown to dirty table of used tableware, impersonal style of customer service. I always dislike it when I want to reuse a towel and hang it on the 'to reuse' rail and they change it anyway. Please get rid of your single use bathroom plastics & associated rubbish - indefensible, especially for a chain hotel.
