I liked the Hotel being that it is a new construction, it was nice and clean . no complaints with the room it was nice even though looked like the mattress is sitting on a cot frame.

I didn't like that if I had a guest that I have to give their name and they needed to have their ID in order for me to give them a room key , or I'd have to come down stairs to get them .. I feel like its noones business who comes to the room as long as ive given permission and a call to the room as a courtesy to confirm would work too..I also didn't like the fact that my online total was 139 and I end up paying 165 for a 119 dollar room .. I checked in after 9pm. and requested a late check out and no one never contacted me to confirm or deny .. I've stayed at other holiday inn locations and never have had this many complaints.. I don't think this location is one I'd return too ..

Cleanliness was above and beyond. The odor was not stale and the refrigerator worked properly. Coffee station was stocked well and the room was well organized.

The front desk staff never answered the phone. I called several times but to no avail. This prevented me from giving this hotel a better rating and I review often. I was going to email the front desk but if the phone wasn’t being answered I didn’t feel they would be checking email either.

it was clean & pretty quiet. Didn’t have any disturbances during the night while trying to sleep.

My children were looking forward to swimming at the pool but we were not informed that the pool was not opened and was getting maintenance done until after we had already checked in. Had we known that we could’ve made better arrangements for our family.

Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Hotel was in a great location, just minutes away from the waterpark, and local restaurants and stores.

Although breakfast was delicious, as soon as food was put out, it was gone. Pool was a little small and the water was cold.

Nice facility

As with all hotels, that have A/C fans that cannot be run continuously, it disrupts my sleep when it shuts off. Also the lowest temperature that it could be set was 67 degrees.

The location was great. Staff was very nice. Very clean. Breakfast was so good. I liked you had coffee available in multiple places and at any times.

We couldn't check in when we got there. They said the pool was down.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The facility was clean and fresh. Breakfast had several items to choose from. Location was close to freeway.

Probably one of the nicest Newer property, with contemporary features I’ve ever seen! Gated parking, Breakfast included in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Wish they had a few more luggage carts.

Someone smoked in a room at 12:30 am. The alarm went off and the entire hotel was evacuated in the middle of the night. All because some idiot thought they should have a late night smoke.😡

I like the breakfast just a suggestion bacon would be nice and more fruit.
