The breakfast was way beyond my expectation, both in quantity and in quality. I have never before been served with so much food, all of which was excellent. However, I had to wait at least 10 minutes for a waitress to serve me, I guess because there were delays in the kitchen in producing the food. It was all the same for everyone, but on day 2 I was asked if I wanted eggs (as well as the muesli with yoghurt, the fruit bowl, and all the pastries with their election of spreads). My only real complaint was one of danger for guests who chose to use the stairs. Most of the time, especially during the day, when coming in from the bright, sunny weather outside, the steps were impossible to see, hence a dangerous hazard to guests. I once started up and found myself blundering up, step by step, while hanging onto the wall to help guide me. I could have broken a leg, or even my head or back. It's easy to fix this safety problem simply by using motion-operated lights that turn on when a person comes near the stairs. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay there.

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Ciotti. Initially had an issue getting our car near the hotel to offload luggage (google maps strikes again) but we made it eventually. The staff were helpful and accommodating when we extended our stay to two nights. The breakfast is amazing (probably too much food). Our room was surprisingly spacious, but it is the location of Palazzo Ciotti that we liked the most.

There was some street noise early in the morning (bins being emptied) and in the evening when people were out and about BUT you are overlooking a beautiful piazza. Small price to pay for the view!

The location was brilliant, set on a square and lovely views from the balcony. The staff were very helpful, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic.

As we were in Ascoli for a wedding, the lack of a proper iron or ironing service made it more difficult getting ready for the big day. It was also very hot whilst we were there and it took a long time for the air con to cool the room. The mini fridge whilst present, didn't work.

The location was right in the Old Town and walking distance from the station if you had a small to medium size bag. The room was comfortable. Staff were busy as they were running the bar and cafe and some requests were forgotten. Breakfast was superb, summer fruit bowl and scrambled eggs for me or a plentiful Italian style breakfast. There was noise at night and in the early morning if you had the glass door to the narrow terrace open but no noise if it was closed.

Great accomodation right in the main square of Ascoli Piceno. Room was huge, extremely comfortable and with a large bathroom. Super clean as well. Really was perfect accomodation. Breakfast was also excellent, not a buffet but even better for that as it was made to order including a large bowl of pastries, cooked breakfast and fresh fruit. Well done to the team

Reception is located in narrow hallway between a cafe and restaurant so keep a lookout as you might miss it.

Great location right on the piazza and close to restaurants and shops. The rooms are quite small with nowhere to put your luggage. We had a 2 bedroom unit and there was only one chair in one of the rooms (which had barely room for a bed and chair). The main bedroom has the bathroom off of it and the bathroom has a door that you can see through so no privacy for the person using the bathroom. The rooms were very clean and the unit has a nice modern decor. Like the other reviews, we can’t say enough about the delicious breakfasts. Bowls of fruit, yogurt and granola, a basket of pastries, juice, coffee and you could order pancakes, bacon, eggs, etc. all included in the room price. The restaurant was excellent for dinner as well. The staff are extremely pleasant and friendly. The elevator is handy. Parking was easy and close by.

PALAZZO CIOTTI is right in the centre of Ascoli Piceno and all the sights and eating places are very accessible. Our room/bathroom was superb - we really liked the modern/slick decor and the contemporary and very comfortable furnishings. The breakfast (served in the restaurant) was the best we had travelling round Tuscany and Umbria as we were served with lovely fresh fruit; a most wonderful granola with creamy yoghurt and honey and tasty fresh pastries. Perfect! Staff were all friendly and parking (10 Euros) was provided close by. Our one night stay was excellent value for money!

A beautiful hotel in a wonderful Italian piazza. All the staff were amazing, the receptionist even got in our car to show us the parking spot! She was also very helpful with dinner recommendations, involving all the staff and even the bar staff and customers! The guy in the bar was hilarious and very entertaining! He went over and above to make our visit special.

Location was perfect. Staff were fun and extremely helpful especially Nazzerena, Miguel, and Frederica. The restaurant and bar were excellent. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had a great view of Piazza Arrigo. The blackout curtains were the best I’ve ever had at any hotel.

This was a perfect and memorable hotel during our three weeks trip in Italy. Every stuff was so kind and made a reservation of good local restaurant for us. Breakfast was incredibly nice and tasty. Our room was neat,tidy and modern Location was in the center of the medieval city.
