Good area and location, nice room, comfy bed and good shower

The plug socket locations! Very annoying, even the coffee machine had to be put on the floor to plug it in, only plug sockets on one side of the bed....poorly thought out and when you travel a lot it's these little things that make life a little easier

The property is like new really clean and has really nice toiletries included such as shower gel shampoo and conditioner. The Room was lovely and was cleaned every day with comfortable bed. Location was good a 10 minute walk to duomo cathedral. The staff were all really nice.

The breakfast was ok but I didn’t like the scrambled eggs they were really runny and you had to pay extra for fried or poached eggs. There is a few coffee shops right outside the hotel. Only one English channnel on the teley which was BBC news there was no Netflix or smart apps. Im not complaining as I was out most of the day and would definitely recommend this hotel as I would stay again.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel’s cleanliness is very high. The rooms are of a suitable size. The bathroom is tidy and clean. Wi-Fi. Strong, parking is also available at 35 euros per day

Great location--near shops and public transportation. The room was surprisingly small, and there was no place to sit except on the bed. Facility was clean, and the staff was excellent. The fellow who checked up in--Davide--was a wealth of infuriation, and he spent time to notate a map for us. The wi-fi was wonky--inconvenient, to say the least, as my husband and I both had several Zooom meetings.We skipped the hotel breakfast--procey for what was offered, and there were plenty of shops a few minutes' away fir fresh croissants and coffee.

A desk with a chair would have been very helpful. More reliable internet would have been helpful, too.

location was walkable to the Duomo (20-30 mins). But the facilities were exceptional: very comfortable rooms; stylish bathrooms; fantastic balconies with table and comfy sofa as well as chairs, lots of green, and a nice sunscreen to shiedl the room as needed. Also, the main barman/mixologist at the lounge/restaurant is super nice and an inspired professional. Some excellent cocktails!

breakfast: the offerings were fair, but it seemed unfortunate that, having paid 24 euros for the breakfast buffet, an omelette, say, could only be had by paying an extra 12; a proper coffee (of the espresso/cappucino/americano type).

Our stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable, but there were a few points to note. Upon arrival, the check-in process took longer than expected, possibly due to changes in the registration system. What we really appreciated about the hotel was its cleanliness, attentive service, beautiful design, and excellent location. The tram lines right on the same street made getting to the city center very convenient. The room was well-equipped with many amenities, including slippers and bathrobes, which we loved. However, it would have been nice if they provided a small tube of toothpaste and a toothbrush to complete the set. A complimentary coffee maker and tea were available in the room, which was a pleasant touch. Aside from these minor points, everything else was perfect. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

We didn’t try the breakfast because we found the price of 25€ too high for us (we just drink coffee with a dessert in the morning), although the buffet seemed to offer a wide variety of options. One downside was the minibar pricing—a small can of water was €4, which felt excessive, especially considering that a large bottle costs less than €1 at the supermarket right across the street. And it’s better not to drink tap water. Sometimes the air conditioner blew cold air and made noise at night, so we turned it off. The temperature that we have set remains for a long time, so you can turn it off at night

We had a truly wonderful experience during our stay at the Viridis Palazzo Hotel in Milan. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with genuine warmth and hospitality. Always cheerful and approachable, Lulu provided us with incredibly helpful tips and personalized recommendations that really enhanced our visit—such as must-see sights. Thanks to her, we experienced Milan like locals, not just tourists. It's rare to come across such a dedicated and friendly staff member, and Lulu’s passion for her city truly made a difference in our trip. We’re so grateful for her kindness and would absolutely recommend the Viridis Palazzo Hotel to anyone visiting Milan. We’ll definitely be back!

The hotel is brand new and has a modern decoration. The rooms offer plenty of light and a view of the city, are very clean, modern and functional. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the main train station and in walking distance from the center (Duomo). The hotel has a lounge with food and drinks (and you get free welcome drinks). In addition, it has a 24/7 gym, that despite being small, is very modern and equiped with top notch equipment from Technogym.

The breakfast room is not so big and in some days, at peak hours (around 9:30), there was a considerable waiting line for a table. But the staff and the manager did a great job to expedite the process as much as they could. If you are in a rush, consider using alternative times. As we were on vacations, this was not a big deal.

A new property, everything is extremely clean, well designed, very nice crew, great location.

Amazingly beautiful and super clean. Brand new and perfect location next to posh department store COIN and supermarkets with fully stocked fruits and organic and regular produce just opposite it. Right infront of the tram stop and its a very quiet area despite being so central. The huge bed is so comfy I slept like a baby each night. A Sephora 3minutes walk down the road and lots of other shops like Max Mara and many coffee shops, ice cream shops and restaurants and a beautiful church. The receptionists are very lovely.
