check-in was easy. renting bikes through the property was easy as well. the 2BR unit we got (for 3 pax - 1 adult, 2 teen boys) was pretty decent space-wise. it's got a massive balcony with an ok view to kata beach. distance to kata wasn't far by bike but you'd have to take a bit of a roundabout route by bike to get to the kata side. but it'd prolly take you 5 min. if you walked it...maybe half an hour. now the 2BR unit. it shares a bathroom. the hot water was a little sporadic. you have to understand the timing of the hot water (because of the water pump) and play with the mixer tap constantly if you prefer showering in hot water. ventilation fan in the bathroom worked well and didn't leave the bathroom feeling musty or damp. the main bedroom that connects to the balcony had a faulty sliding door. it's come of the rollers and is very hard to slide open. the light switches are a little strange (for eg. shared bathroom. if u switch on the lights from the master br, and u switch off from the 2nd room, control of the light switch then goes to the 2nd room. the switch from the master br will not connect.) small issue, but might leave you confused for a bit. also...the mattresses in both rooms are rock hard - which wasn't an issue for us. but if you prefer a softer mattress... breakfast was decent - american style. it's situated on the top floor next to the infinity pool. we went during low season and there were prolly only a few rooms taken up. some looked like they were long term renters...so, we were the only people who ordered any in-house breakfast. if there were more people, there might be a small buffet. overall...very relaxing stay. summary: nice location (if you ride) friendly and helpful staff decent apartment size clean good view (from balcony)

hot water was sporadic. sliding door from main bedroom was not working properly. shared light switches can be considered weird.

The rooftop pool and bar was the highlight of our stay! It overlooks a gorgeous view, which is even more special during sunset. We stayed over new years, so watching the fireworks from the rooftop was spectacular. The room was spacious and having a balcony was nice too. The staff were very lovely and accommodating!

The bed was quite firm, but the hotel staff did provide us with another mattress topper which made it more comfortable. At first we weren’t provided with new towels, water and toilet paper during the clean, but they provided it after we asked and moving forward. The menu is quite limited for dietaries - but great cocktail menu! The location is quite far from the main part of Kata Beach so we had to order grabs every time we wanted to go somewhere. It’s also on quite a steep hill, but very quiet and serene which was really nice.

Great views and accommodation. We loved the private pool which we used to chill out after a day on the beach or day trips. Apartment had everything that we needed to make it a very comfortable stay. Beds felt a bit hard at first but we had a good night sleep. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Resort is a bit far from the beach but other than crossing a busy road it was a nice walk down. We wished there was an umbrella on the rooftop to enjoy the pool all day long.

The view from the rooftop is stunning especially when you're watching sunset from the swimming pool. The hotel has well maintained and green surroundings and the rooms are nice and clean. All the hotel staff we asked for someting were polite and helpful. Also need to mention after reading some reviews I was a little worried about breakfast but ultimately they were good and sufficient and the guy who served them always asked us what we preffer. I have to say besides a few shortcomings mentioned above our stay was enjoyable and I would come back to this hotel.

Due to the hotel location you will have to cross the four lane busy road when you want to walk (or drive) to the town. Also the rooms are lacking of kitchenware, plates, curtlery etc. I really don't undersdant as why there's kitchen fitted in the rooms but guests are basically not allowed to use it (except microwave oř Kettle). Also fitting some up to date smart TVs would be a bonus

Peaceful modern small hotel with a family atmosphere and comfortable rest. The place is obviously special because of the pool area, where there is a beautiful view, because of the restaurant, the kind but not intrusive staff and the very few guests, so we relaxed as if we were at home in our own house. :) The beach is a comfortable distance away, even on foot, but the view and tranquility are worth the trip. If you come to Phuket, it's perfect as a first stop!

The room also has a small kitchenette, which is pointless because there is no equipment for it at all, and the restaurant of the hotel is just a few steps away, which is very fair, but it greatly reduces the size of the room, which is quite narrow, but ok for a few days.

Location. Away from overt noise. Scenic viewpoint. The staff were very helpful. The rooftop pool is small but it has a lovely view from it. The food was well presented.

Musty smell from room due to high humidity and monsoon rain. Some of the fixture and fitting need attention. Breakfast is acceptable but not a lot of variety

I love that it has the balcony and facing the sea.

Great Hotel, friendly staff, all requests were carried out with efficiency. Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels daily. Restaurant, provided a great breakfast as part of the booking, food in the evening was also very good.

Distance to beach and restaurants, maybe too far to walk with children, or elderly. Taxi would be needed.
