nice spacious apartment on the second floor of a residential building. close to the main locations, if you have a bike, any point from Kata Noi to Karon in 15 minutes. nice staff, always in touch and ready to help.

the apartments were not cleaned before check in, on the third day we asked for additional cleaning - it became much better :) the towels were fresh and washed. but old. very hard pillow. rusty cutlery, but replaced with new ones at our request. min us 2 cockroaches in Phuket :)

Unfortunately, I only had 1 night. I booked this place on short notice due to flight problems but the room is very big space and provides good facilities, I would come back and stay longer, the location is very quiet and not far from the beach, take a walk only 5- 7 mins only. but everything maintain very well, if you are traveling and looking for a budget place to stay I really recommended this place.

Easy to walk to small bars and get some foods from the restaurants nearby. It self check in apartment, but everything maintain very well, if you are travelling and looking for a budget place to stay I really recommended this place

I booked the hotel with parking. But in reality, there were only 2 places for the cars and they were off all the time.

Elevator not working, and that is very bad if you have big luggage. Pool look 0-10 5clean, i never try it, someone stole my Helmet and they did not check the CCV, to do Check in it was not easy because the hotel dont have any front desk
