A Small Beautiful Oasis in location close to Beach & Town, but "Remote" in Sound & Ambiance / Stillness. Family run by French & Thai couple, combing the best of both worlds .. One Word: Relaxing !

15 min walk to beach and town center, unless renting scooter from hotel. Highly Recommended for days when not just enjoying the place and pools. Inexpensive at about $US 7.- / Day.

Great placed village a little bit outside of kata main roads, So you get a nice place to stay close to everything else. Staff was very nice and helpful. Beds and bungalows are very nice aswell.

Environment is full of green. Close to shops and all facilities but still very calm. Green oasis in Phuket definitely not suitable for those who search for luxury accommodation

This is by far not a 5 star hotel but we loved everything about it. It felt like such a steal for how much we paid for 2 nights. Only downside that they don't have a family room so we have 2 villas. The walk down into kata was about 15 -20 min which was fine walking down with our 8 yo and 4yo but they were not keen on walking back. Used bolt which got us back to the apartment for 200thb. We would definitely stay again. Only saw one geko in the bedroom in 2 days which I can cope with. Room has large fridge.

My daughter says that she didn't like the shower and toilet has no separator so the toilet gets wet. No breakfast but was someone always about for cold beers.

This is really tucked away and felt like an oasis of calm away from the busy streets outside. The pool was better than the photos. Its convenient for food too ... at the top of the drive there's a kitchen that cooked THE best food I'd had entire 3+ week trip ... and it was the cheapest.

It was a bit of a walk to the beach (but that's mostly due to the layout of Kata Beach) ... and the beach was heaving so the pool and the peace were really a bonus

The location was close to everything you needed but far enough away from the road so everything was quiet and peaceful. Not only was the room and bathroom clean but also the shared swimming pool and public areas. The area was like a little paradise with a beautiful garden.

Not really a negative, but due to the size of the bathroom when taking a shower the toilet and surrounding areas got wet.

no restaurant, too far to walk into town but was able to rent scooters shower was often cold little ants in bungalow light comes through curtain easily

This accommodation was very comfortable and the host was amazing! The room was very comfortable and the shared area and amenities really lovely and peaceful - great place to chill! The location was great too, fantastic food and massage just around the corner. It is about a 15 min walk into the main area, but definitely not an issue! Would definitely stay again!
