The hill to the venue. Also the waterfall element to the pool did not work - this was noticed at the time of check in and was not repaired. Also the sliding doors to the bedroom would not close.

Wow!! This place is pretty spectacular! We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment with own pool and direct view of the ocean. This place is incredible. I loved that there were multiple pools and a bar/restaurant for snacks and cocktails. Best location for sunsets. The apartment itself was lovely, spacious, clean, and offered good fast internet. The onsite gym was also a bonus.

The property is at the top of a very steep driveway so not the easiest walk into town. We still walked as we didn’t mind and easy enough to get a taxi down and back up.

It is very aptly named as the view was sensational! We had plenty of space and loved the pool as well - at night time it was lit up so it looked like it had stars on the bottom of it. Awesome! The staff were always very pleasant and helpful - even the security man on the gate when we walked down.

We wanted to order food at one stage when we were up near the pool but they said the kitchen was closed ( even though it was the middle of the day and should have been opened). The next minute they started bringing out loads of food. When we queried again - they said the kitchen was only open for "the boss". We ended up having to take a taxi into town with our two kids. This was a real shame of an otherwise fabulous stay.

The staff were very friendly and check in / out was easy. The apartment was very spacious and the communal swimming pool was beautiful.

We stayed in D3 and were disappointed with ‘the view’ - we looked onto the other block in front of us. I think we were given one of the worst apartments for views. The outside area was not clean and we felt the inside could do with a refurb.

Amazing hotel and views. So much space for 6 of us, never felt on top of each other. Private balcony and pool, and lovely sunsets. Keeping in touch with staff was so easy via whatsapp and they were happy to help us arrange transport and tours. Walking distance to kata beach which is beautiful and good food options very close by

Property is on top of a large and very steep hill, not a big deal with a taxi or scooter but something to keep in mind if on foot.

The steep driveway made exploring out on foot more daunting

I loved the private villa aspect with our private pool. Beyond that their shared infinity pool was exquisite! The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when we mentioned our late flight the next day they allowed us to have a late check out. The place was clean and well stocked.

I didn't like that reception had closing hours so if there was a late check in like we had or an issue/question after hours you had to wait until the facility was open. I also did not like the separate bill for paying electricity, it felt like a hidden fee almost making me feel like I would have rather stayed at a different resort that did not include this fee. Also we underestimated how high up the entire facility was, if you wanted to just explore the nearby area on foot you were in for a workout considering how monstrously steep the hill was to get back to your villa.

Awesome facility with all you could want. There is a separate gym area and communal pool and bar area if you wish to use. The view from our room was excellent and the amenities were good also. Location to the main area of Kata Beach was very close. Very good communication with the staff from booking to our late arrival. They were very helpful.

The steep hill leading up to the property is a killer, so we hired a motorbike to navigate this hill and get to the Coffee Club quicker for breakfast. 😆 If you having problems walking in any way, consider using Grab Taxi's or hire a motorbike or car. I suppose I would have to have seen a coffee and tea arrangement at the premises with maybe even a few drinks in the fridge and milk ( all chargeable of course) just so you can relax with a cuppa before heading out. A 7 eleven store is very close ( walking distance 5 mins) to get supplies if needed.

Really cool apartment with a fantastic view out over Kata / Karon beaches and a postcard sunset when it wasn't too cloudy (being rainy season). Loved the private plunge pool and jacuzzi and the efficient air con and comfy beds. The shared pool / pool bar was also good and even had a quick go at the gym. I think you really need a car to enjoy this property (which we had) as is a bit of a walk to town otherwise and the hill up to the property would be a challenging walk in this heat, especially with bags. however, if you have wheels it's only a couple of minutes to Kata beach and a couple more to Karon or Kata Noi. Was perfect for our family of 5 allowing us to all stay at the same property compared to most other options in town. As we were flying home after check out the estate manager let us pay the deposit in £GBP rather than being left with a 5,000 baht cash refund and no time to spend it which was really appreciated. Recommended.

Apartment was perfect for us but is probably due a bit of a repaint and deep clean as lots of scuffs, scratches and stained grouting etc This didn't bother us as was still very clean and to be honest I prefer not to be in a perfect show home where I am worried about scuffing or scratching things. Saw no sign of bugs or cockroaches that were mentioned in other reviews and the steep hill up to the property was also not an issue with a rental car.

Spacious two bedroom apartment, beautiful view and pool. Nice and quiet and staff were very responsive via WhatsApp if we needed anything. Reception staff and porter who was helping with bag were so kind and friendly and did their all out best to support us also WhatsApped me the day before check in with instructions of what to do upon arrival etc. Aircon was good and lots of cupboard space as well as TV’s in each room and living room.

Was told upon checkin that electricity wasn’t included and that we would be billed at the end - we only stayed 4 days and it was around £70 which I think is quite a lot when we were barely in the apartment over this time and in Thailand. Deposit had to be paid in cash - wasn’t aware of this before check in and wasn’t able to take a card deposit. Apartment was clean but in some areas around the kitchen and bathroom there were quite a few hairs and the cutlery wasn’t very clean. I don’t want this to put anyone off this apartment because it was lovely but want to be true to what the booking was like and I would still recommend it.
