The room was massive, I stayed in a Suite and it was like a small studio apartment. It was well decorated and had a microwave, fridge and coffee machine which was a surprise given how affordable it was. It is well located a short walk to all the sights and attractions and the staff were always happy to assist and provide recommendations for restaurants and answer any questions.

The room had a small of cigarette which was very strong when I first entered the room but I did open all the windows and this slow got better. It is not the fault of the hotel at all but it wasn't a pleasant first impression.

Brilliant breakfast, including bacon and scrambled eggs. Plenty of choice to eat. Swimming pool was good and we had a suite so it was useful for cooking with the microwave. Hotel is near two tram stops and a small supermarket with some organic food. Staff were helpful and lent us a bottle opener.

Far too hot at night and adjusting the air conditioning made no difference to our bedroom. It was hard to get a good night’s sleep. We stayed in two other places this week and the air conditioning was much cooler.

We had a prestige/premier suite and it was very modern, clean and extremely spacious. The bed was very comfortable and high quality bed linen. The tv was on a movable trolley and was great for wheeling into the perfect position for watching from bed. The bathroom was lovely with both a bath and a shower and double vanity. We loved the ‘rituals’ toiletries. It was an easy walk into the city centre of 12 minutes or the tram stop was a 5 minute walk away. We loved the location. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and I’d highly recommend this accommodation if you’re looking to stay in Montpelier.

The air conditioning could be improved and the fridge was not working in our room. As we were there for only 1 night it was not too much of an issue.

The Breakfast Was Incredible! It had sweet and salty options, American style or french style or german style options. The person was incredibly friendly and helpful. There is also a lounge area to chat while the kids play board games. And the gym is decent.

The room smelled like cigarette. But the personnel tried everything they could to help us with the situation.

Location, staff, facilities

Was too hot, without possibility to regulate the temperature. Breakfast a bit poor.

Great facilities and super comfortable room. Had a fantastic night of sleep. The staff let us leave our car in the parking longer on check out day so we could spend more time visiting the city. Ironing room available on site which was useful.

Rooms were very large, breakfast had many options and was delicious - especially the fresh bakery products and the fruits.

i believe the towels were clean, but they had spots, so they looked dirty, which was unpleasant

Cleanliness and proximity to tramline

Suite has a kitchen but no cutlery, glasses, etc. Door separating rooms was locked but sound of neighbours is very clear

Easy to get to from the airport shuttle bus. Great room with large windows that open and look onto the pool. Easy walk into the city.

Breakfast had great continental choice and quality. Friendliness of staff. Cleanliness of room.

Heat, air conditioning not very effective in room or reception. No equipment provided in kitchen no cutlery or crockery
