We had a wonderful experience at this beachfront location, which felt like our own private beach. The property is family-owned and operated with a genuine touch. Vanessa, the young girl in charge, managed everything perfectly and provided exceptional service. The food was consistently fresh and delicious. Overall, it’s a fantastic place, and we look forward to visiting again.

Some parts of the hotel are under construction, but I am sure they will be completed soon.

The small hotel is located on the beach and you’ll have free access their private beach and sun beds. The room was very nice and clean and it seems all rooms has a sea view. We had breakfast included and it was good. The restaurant also offers very good lunch. Great and quiet location away from Vlore with a few other very good restaurants just next door. In my opinion it’s not a good idea to walk to Vlore as it’s too far away and the road lacks side walks but you can easily go there by car, it will take app. 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Very kind and helpful staff!

Only 18 rooms, that is really relaxing place :-) 200m from hotel is very good restorant Firauni - very good grilled fishs and amazing seaview.

Coffe should be free of charge, because is standard for breakfast. But 100 Lek is acceptable.

The hotel is on wonderful location, next to the sea, there was clean service every day. Beautiful, small private and clean beach, plenty of food for breakfast, very tasty sea food in the restaurant, we ate sea food every day. The staff was very kind and helpful. Only think can fix is static shower in the bathroom, they should put removable shower in the one of downstairs family suite, becouse it was difficult to bath my kids. But all hotel is going on renovation step by step, so I think for the next year, it will be changed.

I loved it how my room was literally in front of the beach, super amazing view. Beach and water is AMAZING. Premisses were built new and everything was clean. Coffee at the restaurant was cheap, so a little paradise in visuals. I could roam around there and just climb to my room or be in the sea, felt like I owned the house, so comfy. Breakfast was nice, but i prefer open buffeet rather than ordering from a menu. I could easily drive to the city by car in the evening. There is a supermarket in the back and a gas station some 300m from there. Staff is very friendly.

There was sometimes some guests at the bar which made a lot of noise and no one would tell them to please keep it normal volume, I was sleeping on the beach and so were other people, everyone was annoyed, so I personally had to tell those people after 1.5h of them shouting about football topics, to please keep it down. I think staff really needs to take care of this, people go there to rest.

great staff. very friendly. as a family with children, we would like to thank them for their sincerity, love and warmth towards our children. both the kitchen staff and the cleaning staff, everyone there, thank you again for making us feel like part of the family there. we felt very comfortable, peaceful and safe during our 7-day holiday. this was one of the most important issues for us.

There were too many you coming into the room from outside.

Exceptional location and stunning sea view! This hotel is right on the beachfront — you wake up and the ocean is just there. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Between the sea breeze, the view, and the warm welcome, honestly, what more could we ask for? Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax by the sea.

Honestly all good for the price .

Breakfast is excellent with freshly made traditional pancakes being served by very polite & smiling staff. The property has access to a private beach making it very convenient if you have small children.

The location can be a bit difficult to find using google maps & also since there are quite a few resorts close by so makes it even more confusing.

It was very clean and comfortable - spacious for a family of four. Beach was at the door step which was super convenient for the little ones. It gave us parents time to wind down while they payed without our any issues of getting lost or venturing out into traffic. Restaurant food was delicious - even the kids enjoyed it.

If I had to pick - it was that the hotel is getting renovated so it was hard to find it at first and the front access is a bit rough but not a big deal. The rooms and access to beach and restaurant is perfect. Once finished it will be fantastic.

Best place we have been living in Vlore. So nice hotel with amazing staff, the best breakfast buffe and the food at the restaurant is unforgettable. All the guys there were amazing and so helpful. It went so easy to park to check in and check out. I absolutely recommend this place.
