The room was very spacious, air conditioning was great and strong, view was incredible, service was great, and the aroma in the room was calming.

With the ongoing renovations, I’m sure the future designs of the rooms will bring it up to modern standards. Although we did enjoy the hot tub, we had to cycle the water and jets twice to clean out the dirt & algae. Hot tub deck does need to be replaced due to its age & for safety reasons. Patio does need some TLC to clear the algae and ants. Ants got to some of our snacks inside the room as well. Hopefully renovations would remove the drain pipe that’s exposed causing a tripping hazard when going to different sides of the balcony. Overall, it was a good experience.

Had the ocean view, but not the best ocean view as the best ocean view was on the west side (pool area, ocean, etc.) versus the southeast side.

Shower head would not stay attached, so you had to hold the shower head as you took a shower. Hot water went out one evening. AC went out on our last day.

I love how the room I rented out for a night had a personal jacuzzi. To me, that was a bonus! The room was very spacious and comfortable. I honestly didn't want to leave, but it was just a get away from the busy life I live. I look forward to renting there again.

the only thing was the wait time to check-in. The room wasn't ready, but we got to check out a little later which was a plus. but overall, it went good after that little hiccup. Thank you again!

Our suite came with a hot tub on the balcony. It was beautiful view and the rooms were super comfortable. The suite also came with a glass of wine and complimentary breakfast buffet the next day. It was very pleasant and nice. We enjoyed our stay.

cold food at breakfast, great omelets nice and hot but the bacon sausages are always cold maybe warm the plates. the toaster is way too slow not a commercial toaster

Love the different restaurants available to eat at. Very comfortable beds with many pillows. The ocean view from the balcony was spectacular. I was able to checkout at 2pm without an additional charge.

Hand held shower leaked badly. It came out where the hose connects to the shower head. TV quality was poor. Not many channels to choose from. I was very surprised that the hotel charged $30 for a ride to the airport. A taxi cost $27.

Loved how calm and peaceful this hotel is, and all the staff were very nice and accommodating

Unfortunately we came at a bad time, there was construction at the pool so the bar was closed. One of the restaurants were closed down also.

The room was beautiful with a nice view. The bed was super soft and I loved the bathroom. The sheets had a couple stains that made me feel uncomfortable sleeping on. And the jacuzzi was dirty.
