Very spacious air conditioned suite with comfortable bed and excellent views (we were in a corner suite on high floor). Very nice rainfall shower. The staff were very helpful and quickly resolved an issue we we arrived, concerning inaccurate room description in our booking information, by changing our room to a one that fitted the description better. The hotel is very well located with easy walking access to San Angel and Coyoacan (our favourite neighbourhoods in CDMX!). Highly recommended and would stay here again.

Our fridge was very small and was not very effective at cooling the contents to an acceptable level. The staff did offer to change it for us though.

This is a great hotel for a business traveler. Great location, surrounded by excellent restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are very good and comfortable, especially for business traveler and those who need to work remotely from their hotel room. Added bonus is when you flight is delayed and you arrive late at night, and you are hungry, you can still order some basics from room service, no matter how late at night it is. Very good!

Our safe deposit box was not working. That was an inconvenience; the room should have been checked before our arrival to make sure all is in working condition.

The hotel was recommended by partner and fully met my expectations. Big room, comfortable bed, nice WIFI, nice location in comfortable and safe district nearby shopping mall and lot of cafes. Beautiful park nearby.

The restaurant attached was dangerous. I had 3 times digestive problems - even during breakfast! I will not decrease the rate of this hotel, because my stay was pleasant and successful, and I found very nice cafes and restaurants for breakfast and dinner around.

The location was perfect and everywhere we wanted to go was about 1/2 drive.

The front desk staff was a little rude. I did notice that if you looked $$$, then you got better service. I consider myself middle class, and when we asked for recommendations, we would go to the people selling on the streets because they were more polite.

I got at least 5 messages from booking.com stating my credit card is invalid. I have an Amexo platinum card and called them and was informed there was no problem with the card . I had to reload my card multiple times it first said accepted and than same msg your card is invalid. That was very time consuming and frustrating process

no breakfast, you have to pay extra to use the coffee machine, the floor is dirty. They didn't change the bed, they just made it. Although I was sure that they should have changed it on the third day. But, no! The TV works poorly. The air conditioner also works strangely. I only liked the people who work there!!!!

Outstanding and nothing bad about it. Everything from check-in until check-out was perfect. The room size was perfect and comfy, the washroom was the best, and the kitchenette made it even better. I stayed for holidays with my family, but I would go back anytime even for work, wifi worked extremely well. I would recommend anyone to stay at the Krystal Grand Suites Insurgentes.

Great location in San Angel Barrio- restaurants, shops Great room- big, comfortable, extremely comfortable bed, good bedding, nice pillows, kitchenette ( so many bars and cafes bot sure why you’d need it) bathroom was clean and sufficient, good quality toiletries Attentive staff, friendly GREAT price for what it offered!

Arrived at 10.30pm and were told the restaurant closed at 11pm and we could still eat. Dropped our bags and arrived at the CLOSED restaurant at 10.45pm . Annoying…. Bath Robes in rooms would complete a good experience

Hotel restaurant was just OK, but fortunately it's just a couple of blocks from Avenida San Angel, which has a bunch of excellent restaurants. The air conditioner/ heater in our room wasn't functioning quite correctly.
