Fantastic location with the perfect view! Just a 5 min drive from Palekastro. The staff we’re friendly and the breakfast good. I would recommend to eat here in the evening some times as the food was excellent and very good value as are all the Tavernas and restaurants we went to. The pool area was nice with an amazing view. Overall the place and the whole island have that lovely laid back and relaxed feel and the locals seem genuinely friendly. We will be back for sure.

No GYM, but I’m just not picking as I like to workout in the mornings!

The adult-sized bed was super comfy (the child's twin was too firm for an adult sized-person.) The location was spectacular (easy access to Vai and the little town nearby). The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The view was wonderful. We would have stayed longer if our trip permitted it. The pool was lovely and we had a refreshing swim while there. Free parking is a huge plus, and wifi too.

This seems to be a persistent problem in Greece (we've been here a month) so this is not unique to this property, but there were several large insects in the room when we arrived. My son is vegan and is always looking for locations with vegan food options, this location did not have many vegan or vegetarian selections in their restaurant.

The kitchen in the room was not great (no room for preparing food, no light, slow stove…). Bathroom door didn’t stay closed or locked. But those were very small issues.

Location. Very clean, wonderful staff. Very comfortable bed with nice sheets. Hood pool area with good sweating and plants. Good coffee.

Very small shower unit that soaked the bathroom floor. The fridge had to be unplugged to plug in the kettle...pluss were hard to remove and the socket was in such an awkward position that you banget your head on the cupboard above. We had a lovely large balcony but couldn't see out because of the large tree (246).

Beautiful location and great view over the landscape and sea. Room was nicely made every day. Very clean. Staff was friendly but maybe a bit tired after a long season.

Breakfast was below expectations: no variation, quite limited and often something was missing like croissants, bread or eggs. Bacon was sub par, swimming in water. Restaurant closed its doors without any warning after couple of days (off-season they said, first week of October) so no opportunity to have dinner at location. Room appliences have had their better days already.

Everything, a great apartment, beautiful view from big balcony, huge and comfortable bed, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, easy walk down to beach and restaurants. Quiet before the main tourist season was a bonus!

We stayed in the second block and had balcony with great view. The hotel is well maintained, and has a great pool. The service was very pleasant and professional The room was specious and clean. We had breakfast included, and it had different varieties. Great location if you are exploring this side (east) of the island.

The appartement was very confortable with a beautiful view. The staff was very nice and available. The restaurant is also very good.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, due to location, next day plan was Vai beach and reach it from Castri hotel takes 8 minutes. The view from hotel is wonderful it is located on the mountain, has a pool and breakfast is wonderfull.

The first thing was smell in the room, not sure from where it comes, but it was terrible, as I mentio ed, we had to stay there for one night, that saved us. Also the interior, looks like everything was done 50years ago, we didn’t had light in shower.

the hairdryer was broken and had not been reported, the room was very cool- great in high summer I expect, but it left our clothes feeling a bit damp
