Friendly staff. Very nice and spacious room with fridge (sleeps 4 people but we booked for 2). On the top floor. No neighbors, huge balcony with amazing view of the sea. Elevator present (if small). Breakfast was nothing special but had plenty of options and space for eating.

The bathroom is small but nice, only the shower is slippery and makes the whole bathroom floor wet. The bed and pillows was OK, at night it became a bit chilly even though the a/c was only passively on. But the blankets were nice. It was windy so we heard some noise but it wasn't bad.

Small family owned hotel just in the center of Sitia, in front of the beach and few meters far from restaurants and bars. Very quiet at night, spacious and clean room with nice balcony overlooking the bay. Basic but complete breakfast. Very useful internal parking. Spacious toilet, towels regularly replaced. A perfect starting point to explore Eastern Crete.

Furniture is a bit old-style but fully functional and perfectly working.

Generous sized, clean and modern room with balcony overlooking the bay of Sitia. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money. Plentiful and delicious buffet breakfast. The covered car park at the rear was a real plus as parking that near the centre might have been quite challenging otherwise. Loads of eating and drinking places on the doorstep. Very chilled and stress free stay with good memories of relaxing on the balcony after a busy day out surveying this super picturesque town arranged around the beautiful bay

Excellent location with very courteous staff. The breakfast was simple, but adequate. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located at 14 Karamanli Str., Sitia, right on the promenade, providing easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The rooms are basic but comfortable, exactly as described on the hotel's website. This transparency ensures that guests know what to expect. The convenience of having a parking area at the back is very useful for guests traveling by car, making it easy to explore the area without worrying about parking issues.

The rooms are very basic, which might not be suitable for everyone. The hotel's two-star rating should be kept in mind when booking. The doors are simple wooden doors, which means that noise from the hallway can easily be heard inside the rooms. This can be a disturbance, especially if there are other guests moving around late at night or early in the morning.

Location is amazing right on the sea front, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, parking was great would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

Nothing much really, if I had to choose something then the greek showers are a small tray with a curtain round which is hard work to use when you are used to a larger cubicle, but a little thing overall, otherwise I loved stopping here.

We’ve stayed here before so we know what to expect. Excellent quiet location opposite the beach, with bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Comfortable bed, good aircon, friendly staff. Traditional Greek breakfast.

Unfortunately, the hotel is spread across the top of a taverna, and being Christmas Eve there was a band & celebrations on, and being Greece this did not finish until well into the morning hours and could be heard very clearly through the floors and into our room. Little sleep!! (But, understood because of the time of year). Without this, on a non-celebratory day, all would have been perfect!!

The view was stunning. Well worth getting a room on the harbour side. Bed was comfortable. Location was perfect for walking and proximity to restaurants and all other amenities. Private car park at the back of the hotel that is monitored by camera. Very good breakfast as well. We would absolutely stay there again.

The shower is very small but it was a small inconvenience for the location and view
