Everything was perfect! The staff was super friendly, the room was comfortable and had everything you needed, the balcony was quite spacious, the pool area was very stylish and the view over the city was stunning. Also the homemade breakfast was very delicious. The staff was very helpful and gave great advice for Sitia, what to do there, where to eat and where the best beaches are. Also they give you an umbrella for the beach for free. We also really loved the little orange cat who visited us everyday. You can easily walk to the city/the harbour in about 15 minutes. It's a bit steep from time to time but no heart attack hill as some called it before ;-)

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Porto Kaza in Sitia. The hotel is clean, stylish, and very comfortable, with an exceptional view over the town and sea. It’s located on a steep hill, so having a car is helpful but not essential. The host and staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful. The only small improvement would be a bit more freshness at breakfast. Overall, a fantastic stay – we’d definitely come back and highly recommend it!

The location is great, walking distance to Sitia town with all restaurants and clean beaches.

The communication of the persons working at the reception could have been better. First it was a „no“ when we asked for things, like for example another towel or a larger portion for the breakfast, but then they still always provided it.

The owners were exceptionally friendly and the room very bright and airy with magnificent views over the port and bay. They were trialing breakfasts to collect and to have in your room which we thought was a great idea and very welcomed.

We liked everything and had no issues at all. Some may find the walk up the hill and the steps within the hotel to the rooms a bit strenuous if they had any walking difficulties, especially if it is hot.

thought I had died and gone to heaven but no I was in Porto kaza the  room was spectacular and the balcony a chill place you can have your breakfast there sitia is a lovely little town the hosts are just amazing this place is it guys stop looking elsewhere unless your looking for boom boom rock the room then go down town this place is serenity and good for the soul.    SOLD U YET

Lovely spacious apartment, lovely views. Fantastic balcony with sun loungers. Well equipped small kitchen to cook light meals. Fantastic shower with toileteries provided. Bottled water in the fridge and complementary raki!

Quite a climb to the apartment if you walk from the harbour or from the town. Need to get taxis if you are not good at walking but the taxis are inexpensive

Breakfast was excellent. It was included in the price and was an unexpected treat. The accommodation is clean and up to date. Great shower and bedding. Our hosts were always available and would do anything to help make our visit a good one.

Everything was great.

Perfect studio apartment with a big balcony. We enjoyed the sunrises, watching the ferry (only twice a week) and at night the lights of the city. Very spacious room and comfortable bed. Very good shower with nice amenities. We enjoyed the pool a few afternoons as well. The host is very kind and helpfull. Overall a perfect stay in a quiet location with amazing hosts.

It is a bit far away and the walk up the stairs is a bit tedious.

Property was very spacious and clean with lots of space for us to meet with other couples that we booked with. Room had a lot of hanging space. The hotel is a bit out of town so it was quiet throughout the day

The hotel is located on the outskirts of town and on quite a steep hill. Perfect for what we needed but others might prefer to be in the heart of the action the whole time!
