Self catering no meals provided. Appreciated comp bottle of wine and box of biscuits. Located 1 km from main swimming beach and restaurants. So needed to walk or take a taxi E5 each way. Liked this modern, spacious argument with 2 balconies. Cleaned every 4 - 5 days. Stunning views of Sitia Bay.

Kitchen cutlery, crockery, glassware below standard of rest of appt. Needed to request a shower curtain and additional dining plate and teaspoon - all provided promptly. Needed to climb 21 stairs from road to apt #4 with no railing. This was a challenge for guests in mid 70s.

Nice place to stay in Sitia, the apartment was quite big with a full kitchen and beautiful views of the sea and Sitia town. The only issue with the place is that it is about a 10-15min walk out of Sitia town with part of the walk on the road (but it is flat). This is no problem if you have a car (which you can park in front of the apartment) but if you are walking it can be a bit long, especially in the dark or carrying groceries etc. The big terrace/balcony was also very nice. Otherwise a nice place to stay in Sitia.

great location, the sea was literally on the other side of the room in front of our terrace. good location walking distance into town and all the restaurants. nice big bed

toilet flush was an issues, sometimes 3-4 flushes to clean bowl. bathroom was a good side but everything crammed together at one end.

The location was superb far enough away to have peace and quiet with the Tranquility and views to die for the staff were extremely accommodating and made the whole trip extremely pleasurable . I would definitely recommend this location.

This is very beautiful place, with amazing sea view, apartment was clean and comfortable, not far from Satia center, and 2 steps from the seaside. Easily reachable from Sitia bus station. Host was very pleasant. I will come there with pleasure again.

Internet connection was weak.

Cupboards need to be checked for out of date/bug infested groceries left by previous customers. Shower curtain missing in one of our apartments.

Big, comfortable and clean apartment, Excellent bed, Beach 10meters from the apartment, Nice terace, A little bit away from the city (for someone that can be negative)

It was a little bit far out of Sitia with a walk on a very busy road, there were issues with the bathroom, trying to get in and out of the Bath for a shower a grab rail would have helped.

It's a really amazing view of the sea and town. The location is perfect, because it's near beach and quiet area.
