Great location, walking distance to town and directly across from beach. The breakfast was very good, wide selection of hot and cold choices. Plenty of free parking spaces.

The place is dated, a 4 star at best. Door frame in bathroom was rusted and should be painted. It is an old resort, well used and needs to be updated. The price for buffet supper at 20-30 euros per person was very high and should be half the price.

I booked the half board option, breakfast and dinner. It was a buffet in both cases. Breakfast was great, good selection and fresh. Other than the disappointment with the food on one night, the stay was very pleasent .

Evening meal on one of the 2 nights booked was very poor. It was a BBQ theme. Food was tasteless with no flavoring at all on the chicken and other meats. And the grilled fish option was fish heads, fish heads! The restaurant was cleared by 9pm, I could see from most people's faces that they were not impressed with the food. Just one recommendation, please offer a beach drinks service from the swimming pool bar.

The room was cozy enough. The area was lovely and peaceful and the staff were really excellent. The pool was good and relaxing with nice pool loungers. If you were lucky to get a shaded spot. The beach is literally one minute walk which is great. Beach shoes are recommended. The spa area and service was the highlight of the trip. We had a truly gorgeous view of the ocean.

The rooms had all you would need however the beds were hard and didnt have any of those soft touches. The rooms were basic. The hote catered very well for kids which is great if you have a family with one ones but we traveled as a couple. At night they had entertainment and things for the kids to do which could get a little noisey. ALSO, the pool closed at 19:00. When its 35 degree heat at 20.00 - a pool dip would of been great.

It’s a 2hr drive from the airport but on arrival I must say, I found the place to be very clean and well maintained. The staff were excellent and friendly. The pool was a bit cold to start with. I persevered and then, it was lovely. We went all inclusive and the food selection was great. There’s grilled meats daily and grilled fish was available but not every day. Our standard room was a good size, we paid for a sea view which we got and our balcony wasn’t overlooked which was lovely. Restaurants and shops are a 5minute walk away.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

All meals were delicious. It was very easy to reach the beach. Personnel was very polite and helpful. Hotel is very good for family vacation. It is very close to the center which can be reached easily by foot.

It would be nice if they could have some activities in other languages other than French. In addition, it would be nice if the room bathrooms were getting fresh air. Other than that there was nothing else that we didn't like!

Great location - just at the end of the central part of the Sitia marina boardwalk. Very good breakfast. Everything is very clean, both rooms and pool areas. Beach is less than 50 m walk. Equipped with sun beds. The lobby has no air condition and as such nobody uses it.

It took me some time to find the pretty small gym. I suspect this is something Greek that has to do with the hotel - I did not like the coffee.

Hotel mainly dedicated to all inclusive customers from tour operators. So overcrowded with many many people from the same country. Is more a village club rather than an hotel. Classic hotel needs for non all inclusive customers are difficult to combine with all inclusive customers spending a full week all inclusive stay with family

located near the town, directly on the beach, small but very nice hotel. Food at the buffet is plentiful and varied, rooms and structure very clean and well arranged. Staff very gentle.

Not really 5* hotel, max 4- the beach full of rocks and stones on the sea shore. Be careful of bees, wasps that are very present and often aggressive. Very bad animation, except local greek music band all the animateur only speak in french, show in french..

The hotel is set in its own grounds so, although it is on the road, you are not really aware of this. There are 3 pools, all very different in different parts of the complex and there is an underpass to the beach. The buffet food was good and occasionally excellent. Most of the staff were lovely, particularly reception, who were extremely helpful with our many queries. The room was comfortable and the view from the balcony great - except your view was blocked by a wooden bar when sitting down.

Although the room was quite spacious, we could have done with more clothes storage space. There are only 5 shelves available, which for two people trying to keep clean and worn clothes separate proved difficult. Also, there are only two sockets in the room which proved challenging given we needed anti mosquito gadget as well as charging phones, tablets etc. Although most of the staff were very pleasant, some could be dismissive.

We stayed at the Sitia Beach City Resort hotel for 10 days and had a great time. It was comfortable, clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Great selection of local and international food available for breakfast. We used the pool bar for snacks at lunchtime and ate out in the evening as there were plenty of restaurants to walk to so we didn't eat in the main restaurant other than for breakfast. The hotel's entertainment team were pretty active and vocal offering plenty of activities such as water polo, aqua aerobics and pool games so it was pretty hectic around the main pool area. They spoke mostly in French, with the occasional bit of English as it turned out to be a French all inclusive resort. Not a problem for us as we were out a fair bit anyway as we were in Sitia for a friends wedding with celebrations spread over a few days. If you want to sunbathe somewhere quieter then the pool at the back of the hotel is best. Great holiday resort which we highly recommend!

If you like to swim in the sea then I'd recommend taking sea socks/shoes as the hotel's beach is very uneven underfoot where you enter the water and hurts unless you've got shoes on. The beach is better up nearer the town.
