Ms. Charlene, the manager, was EXTREMELY professional and accommodating to us as a non-profit organization. Very Helpful and cordial. Ms. Erica was exceptionally assistive in our endeavor to get the exact room to fit our needs. Ms. Taylor also was quite knowledgeable and went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting us to be comfortable and satisfied. Ms. Brandi also was very skillful in the housekeeping department!

The lack of the ability to wash and dry clothes was the only negative thing we found. It would have been nice if I could charge to my room the ability to get some QUARTERS in order to go next door and use the other facility laundry equipment.

well located, good size room. facilities are great and staff is so helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay again. The breakfast was substantial. Washer wasn't working but we were able to get coins back and all was fine. Breakfast had lots of dairy and i can't have that so the lady was lovely and made me a dairy free version! so kind.

The hotel is very clean and seems newish. The location worked well for us, it is quiet yet close to everything in town. The grounds are nicely kept and have a peaceful setting with the wooded lot behind. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the room was comfortable.

The breakfast could use some attention, the hot food was cold and there were few selections of things to eat. Some fresh fruit would have been nice also

Poor lighting in room, no shelf in shower, poor water pressure, the type of room I reserved wasn't available when I checked in.

Equipment at breakfast implied more selections than available. Toaster, but no bread or bagels. Pancake maker, but no batter. Cereal, but only 1/2 cup styrofoam cups provided.

Great stay! Staff was super friendly and the room was clean and well stocked. Love the big soft pillows and the bed was very comfortable! We have stayed at America’s Best in the past and the Reddy Hotel is our new go to! We visit my husband’s kids often who live in Bonham and will be back soon!

Location Rate Room Shower The sheets were a bit small and kept coming off through the night. That's the only issue aside from the shower curtain is too high and left the bathroom floor really wet.

The shower curtain is 4 inch too high and the bathroom floor was super wet after showering.

Breakfast had minimal options and the biscuits and grave were cold. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Thundering air conditioning system seemed to be right above our room .
