I was upgraded to a suite . I was very pleased . Bed is very comfortable . Room is clean . I did not eat in the hotel and I could easily find food places by walking 20 minutes away from the hotel. At the reception, hot drinks , sweets and biscuits are available free flow .

There is a certain smell along the corridor leading to the lifts. It smelt maybe incense or herbal or medicinal. I can't pinpoint it. Something I don't like . But I think it may not bother other guests .

Perfect place for Canton fair, there is free shuttle bus, but it's very easy to go by taxi. - staff are very helpful - Room is great, large, comfy bed, good shower, there is space for a few large luggages. - a few minutes by taxi to Canton fair - there is food street behind the hotel where you can taste local food day and night - 24 hours reception - offer room cleaning everyday

The laundry by the hotel is way too expensive, and there is no self-service laundry around the area by walk.

Breakfast was acceptable and the location was good for what we needed. Able to get to and from Trade fair in excellent time.

A beautiful hotel near Canton fair with helpful staff, great breakfast, nice and clean room. We really appreciated the free transfer to Canton fair and the welcome food and drinks after the fair for our convenience.

Good a VERY Chinese hotel....

But be aware. most of staff cannot speak English. AMEX is not accepted! The Breakfast is Chinese, not European. There is no option for Italian Coffees, like Cappuccino or Latter.

Staff at Front desk Miss Lam was very nice and helpful. Overall, most staff was very helpful.

Elevator was a bit slow to wait.
