Excellent stay — a welcoming hotel in every sense I stayed at Futura Hotel for 3nights and I was genuinely impressed. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped, with two private balconies overlooking a beautiful garden full of exotic plants and palm trees 🌴the atmosphere was calm and refreshing. The hotel was welcoming in every sense: not only was the space well maintained, but the staff were truly kind, warm, and helpful throughout the stay. You can really feel the family-run spirit behind it, which adds a lot of charm and comfort. To be honest, I was quite skeptical at first, because I had read a very negative review online before booking. But after my stay, I realized that the review was far from realistic — more like a personal attack than an objective description. My experience was the exact opposite: pleasant, relaxed, and positive in every aspect. I didn’t eat dinner at the hotel, but the breakfast was generous and well curated, with a good mix of sweet and savory options, all fresh and nicely presented. The pool area was clean and peaceful, with sunbeds always available. The location is quiet but well connected, just a short walk to the beach and with a bus stop right in front of the hotel — ideal for reaching Chania or other areas. In short, great value for money, and a perfect base to relax or explore western Crete. I would absolutely stay here again, and I highly recommend it especially to those who might have doubts like I did. You’ll be pleasantly surprised

As a family of 4, the sofa beds weren't great as not very comfy. And would have appreciated the curtains to block out light. My husband and I slept well in the bedroom, but the two lads found it much harder.

The hotel and the room were clean. The room was big enough. There are 3 parrots in the bar area. Lots of trees on the hotel territory including mango trees.

We spent first night in another hotel due to unknown reasons. The lady at the reception told us to come to the reception at 12.00 on the next day. When we come at 12.00 on the next day, we saw her leaving the hotel with another guests by car. We waited for 2 hours without explanations, but finally got our room at about 14.00. The hotel does not suit for the disabled people, too many stairs.

Enjoyed my morning swim in the lovely pool, the hotel was very quiet and relaxed. Housekeeping was amazing I lost count how many times the towels and bed sheets were changed. The shower in our apartment was excellent.

The only thing that would of been great is coffee mugs as well as or instead of tea cups and a toaster

I had a wonderful experience. The pool was clean, there were a variety of meals in the morning. The host was very nice and helpful. Beautiful green areas everywhere that makes you feel comfortable. :) I recomand this place!!

Very quite and nice location. Ideal to explore west Crete. Small comfy apartment. Fantastic swimming pool with bar and friendly staff. Supermarket, restaurant and coffee shop nearby.

I could have done with a more frequent change of towels and maybe the products to clean the kitchen.
