good conditions, great location, tasty breakfast, the rooms are renovated and clean, the bed is comfortable

we stayed in july and there is no air conditioning and it was incredibly hot in the room. i know this happens max 1 month/year since at the mountains its mostly cold, but it was a signficant downside for our stay

The check in front desk was not professional!

Loved the room large and comfortable, great restaurant would highly recommend dining experience, breakfast was good but slightly disorganised we arrived for breakfast at 0820 and nothing was ready. The spa is very good excellent steam room and sauna enjoyed the jacuzzi but felt it lacked a bit of power. The Hotel and facilities are spotless clean, this appears to be a relatively new Hotel and again I will mention the restaurant as we ate twice in it and the food was a very high standard don’t lose your chef!.

Sound there are stud walls between the rooms with very poor soundproofing barrier we could hear the couple next door when we arrived, when we were leaving to go for a walk before dinner,when we came back and during the night a very busy couple indeed if you had children in your room you may have been answering a lot of questions.

Great pick: comfortable clean and quite room, good size, all new. Breakfast was ok. Not too big as other hotels in the area, with is a plus as it didn't feel overcrowded. Spa was very nice: with dry sauna, hammam and yacuzzi. Small but easy to book and never crowded (max 5-6pax). It's actually better than in the pictures! Great location: 2 min walking from the (old) cable car, which was perfect for us as we went for a skiing-long weekend. Nearby supermarkets and in the center of Sinaia. Staff was very friendly and poliglot, particularly one receptionist who spoke English, Italian and Spanish.

All very nice, particularly if compared to other similar options in town. Only recommendation: staff (though very nice) could be more prepared on the (old) cable car running hours - that is just 2 mins away / bus timetable to go to Sinaia Gondola.

-rooms were big and comfortable and fully equipped with everything one might need -the spa is just what one needs after a day of walking around Sinaia.Be sure to try it. -excellent variety for breakfast with lots of options and good coffee. -helpful staff that gave good recommendations. -great views

-in our case the room was not ready by 15:00 when check-in opened and had wait for another 30min to be ready.

Everything was excellent, we loved our stay at the hotel. The location is perfect, very close to restaurants and shops. It was exceptionally clean, the staff were super nice and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Too bad our stay was so short, we would've loved to spend more time there. To anyone wishing to spend a lovely vacation in Sinaia, I recommend it.

There is nothing not to like.

The hotel was quite lovely, tastefully renovated and decorated, and the staff was extremely polite. There is nothing bad to say about the breakfast or the restaurant either.

Although we did very much enjoy our stay at the hotel, it would have been even better if the bathroom had been cleaned more thoroughly.

Clean and quiet

The breakfast was not what I expected. There was no buffet, as I had anticipated. Instead, we were given a tray with some cold cuts, cheese, and an omelet. We didn’t have many other options to choose from

Tasty varied food Good coffee Nice view of the city, from the elevator.

I find the pillows too high for me. The attic room I had was a bit darker due to the small roof window, felt a bit strange not being able to see on the window the surroundings.
