It was amazing really how the staff went out of their way to help guests. I requested extra bedding and house keeping and it was given to me. The staff even got us a drink from the vending machine due to the orange machine not working. I am just not use to hotels going this much out of their way to help customers normally you feel like just another number - not here!

Its clear the hotel is under new management as they are mid way through a renovation. My advise to people who are considering staying and are focusing on the negative reviews about cleanliness/modern style is to look past that as the odds are anything from 3 months post of this review is likely to be completely different.

The breakfast was not good they ran out of coffee every day less then a hour after it started and never made more that goes for all food items the hotel has hours for breakfast and there should be food all food oferf untill 30 min before it shuts down it don't say first come first served so I give the breakfast food and service a. 4 out of 10mabey a 3. Half

Nice quiet location with quick access to the freeway. The free breakfast was outstanding each morning with a good selection of food......not the usual complimentary sweet rolls coffee and juices that seem to be the norm for so many other low end motels. The air conditioning unit worked great....very simple to operate and lots of cool air when needed. So many motels seem to have the most complicated air conditioning units that takes a degree in physics to operate.

The only issue I had with my room is that the clothes drawer below the desk kept continually sliding out and would not stay closed. I left a note for the staff upon departure.

The beds weren't comfortable, but that can be hit or miss with any hotel. We were so satisfied with the rest of our stay that the beds made very little difference.

The motel was very accommodating in changing our reservation to a day earlier, after we had a lot of trouble with the airline and needed to leave from Phoenix a day earlier than planned. Breakfast is fine. The shower is really great - among the best I have seen in any motel across the US. Lots of space for parking. The room had a bit of a funny smell (cleaning agents?), but apart from that was excellent.

Breakfast was very good. Good selections. Bed was comfortable. Location was great close to family which made our driving easier in unfamiliar area.

Our shower was a little uneasy to use as to our age and difficulty in movement. Would have liked more hand rail.

Location, The accessible Staff, cleanliness, functionality, and quiet.

The location was easy to get too and the hotel was really clean and Rachel at the front desk was so friendly.

I liked everything about this property.

Trevor @ the front desk needs to brush up on his welcoming skills, needs to be more pleasant when guests arrive. People are coming from all over the 🇺🇸 It sets the tone for your stay & your opinion of the place. Also, light in bathroom was burnt out & not working, otherwise room was adequate.

Friendly, helpful staff. The facility was clean. The breakfast was good. Secure parking. Breakfast hours were ample.

No close shopping. Homeless groups in the near neighborhood. The room was smaller. No extra chair except for one computer chair that wasn't very comfortable. Since there were 2 of us, one had to sit on the bed in the evenings.
