We got a HUGE connecting room and the rates were so cheap! We will definitely be returning as long as the rates, rooms and pool continue to exceed our expectations! Thank you for a great staycation!

Honestly, we were happy with everything. I guess if I did have a complaint it would be that the elevator was always really hot and muggy. Maybe more shade areas around the pool. We were looking at the cabanas and there was an empty one but we weren't sure if they were open or if they had to be reserved. There was no signage that we saw to let us know how to obtain one.

I loved EVERYTHING about this property. The staff was very friendly and welcoming for starters. The suite was absolutely spacious and was equipped with everything you’ll need! You have the luxury of having a washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and oven. You have plenty of dishes, cutlery, a toaster, coffee machine, blender, measuring cups, mixing bowls, you name it! They even provided laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags and such. I didn’t call housekeeping once because it just wasn’t necessary when you have everything you need. Now to talk about the exterior. This is an absolutely well kept property! Aesthetics are very important to me and I can’t explain how pleased I was. The pool area is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the pool both day and at night. The ambiance is stunning at night especially. This will be our go to resort each time we visit for Mariners Spring Training! I wish I’d known about this years prior to this visit. I would like to add the fact that my vacation could have been a disaster had I listened to some of the reviews. My husband and I were extremely worried about staff constantly trying to pressure us about timeshare, as that’s what we read in several reviews. We were out and about every single day and not one person bothered us about timeshare. Vacation is important for my family so we do invest time in reading reviews. Honesty is really appreciated because people like us depend on and trust them.

Location, comfort, everything we needed.

We were invited to a presentation and were told we would get a $100 giftcard and a free 2 night/3 day stay. We assumed the free nights were at Cibola Vista. After a lengthy presentation we find out it is for 2nd rate Hotels. This was false advertising to entice us to be there at presentation. We did get the $100 card. When we went to claim our 2 night stay they wanted a deposit of $100!! Very.sketchy.

The bed was very comfortable! The pool areas were beautiful! The room was a house and I didn't want to leave. The spa was beautiful! I received the most amazing massage from Tiffany. She gave me the best massage of my life. She also gave me health information on future massages when I got home. My overall health was her priority for the hour I spent with her. She was very professional and caring! So impressed with Cibola!! I will be returning as a regular guest since my cousin now lives in Peoria.

I did not like booking through booking.com. They actually cancelled my reservation after I changed the date of arrival. Your employee was able to fix that mistake and I feel got the best room in the whole place. She was very discreet and did not tell me anything was wrong until after she fixed the problem. Very professional.

They had 2 pools. One for adults and one for families. Vending machines to get snacks and drinks. The staff were knowledgeable of the area and amenities.

The carpets were dirty, the bed needed to be replaced, and the water temp was hard to control. We had to wait 4-5 mins for the water to warm up, and then it would get so hot that if we had not been paying attention, it would've seriously burned our 2 year old.

It's always so accommodating here; the grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, the staff are attentive, the facilities have just what is needed.

There really are no downsides that I can think of for this resort. I've stayed several times and there has never been a problem the owners could not address.

I LOVED everything at Cibola Vista Resort. The pool, hot tub, waterside, and grounds are gorgeous and very clean. Rooms are beautiful, small kitchen & washer & dryer. Super clean and new. CB has an Italian style to it, which I loved. Many amenities for families or couples to enjoy. LOVE!

space was good for 1 person. kitchen facility was nice. Living rm furniture was nice. Lighting in bedroom was great.

For some reason sheet on bed felt a little gritty. TV remotes did not work. Maintenance brought me remotes that came with the new TVs and they worked. I think lighting over kitchen table could be brighter. lighting over bath tub could be brighter. Fan and lighting over bed kept coming on by itself.

It's beautiful, a great place to just relax, the rooms were really nice and balcony had a terrific view. The staff here is always helpful and friendly, although I recommend declining any timeshare presentations.

There really should be more umbrellas around the large pool. The internet service is bad.

It’s great. Great pools! Nice grounds. The rooms are nice and well appointed. The beds were too soft but clean nice sheets!

It’s a time share location and they do make it sound like you have to attend their sales pitch and it will only take an hour but that’s not true. It’s two hours or more. We left for a medical reason.
