The staff!! Anna, Jarrod, and Jasmine provided optimal, personalized customer service to myself and my family every time we entered the establishment or phoned for assistance. The housekeeping staff was also very courteous even while passing them in the halls or in the elevator. The meeting room for our family gathering was great! The outdoor patio was decorated nicely, I just wish it had umbrellas for shade during the day and the pool setup and ambiance was also decorated very nicely, I just wish it closed a little later to allow for more time.

There was no air conditioning in the hallways to get to our rooms.

The location is good, close to everything, but if you look for a quite place this is not for you, we can here the guest from the room next to us

The guy at check in was very rude, not sure I think it was Ernest his name, didn't want to look for my reservation, he just keep saying there's nothing under your name, even though I show the reservation number and my name, he was mad he write my name incorrect, I have to insist to look again several times, till he find me, not greeting, no welcome but he let me waiting so he can go and say hi to someone that arrives after us, very unprofessional

I originally booked for 2 nights & had to extend for another night. I didn't realize how ridiculously expensive the 3rd night was until checkout. I was informed the rates vary per night. The fluctuating rates per night should be within a reasonable range. And if I had known it was that expensive, I would have checked out instead of staying for the 3rd night. That price jump took the cool experience away for me.

The price fluctuation while already checked in. Your guests should be locked in at a range once already staying on the premises.

Nice facilities and convenient location!

During the night, if any room above me, flushed the toilet, it was loud and sounded like 50 lbs of ice being dumped in a cooler. The sound went away shortly like a typical flush but then the sound of running and dripping water. It’d wake me up each time and I got concerned a leak might develop and the Sheetrock cave in. I did report it to the front desk. I’d hear the sound between 8-10 pm; 1:30-3 am and 6:30-8 am….. typical potty times

Like how the room was arranged with the couch ant the ottoman gave the room a different feel and look from other hotels.

There was a weird vent in the room that had hot air blowing out of it that seemed to be coming from between the floors.

Everything and everyone was great. I have no complaints about the hotel or staff. I'd come back again.

It was a little pricey but I was not complaining. Did wish there was a continental breakfast to go sit down and have. We were offered a breakfast but I tried to find something in the room to explain the breakfast ordering but couldn't find anything. So I was resorted to have to call the front desk to figure out the breakfast thing so we decided to go elsewhere for breakfast.

Clean comfortable room and friendly staff

Paid for the breakfast to be included with the price of the room and was still charged for the breakfast the next morning ($46). Really need to work on this part or don’t offer it on website.

Location was really nice close to a lot of good spots. I also really enjoyed the gym facilities that they had on the location. It was really clean and had a lot more equipment than what I was expecting.

The rooms could’ve been a little more clean. When we were checking out the place it was mainly the bathroom area that was pretty dirty. But aside from that the rest of the stay was fantastic.

The hotel was located off the highway and about 7 minutes from our friend's house. Very easy to get to, lots of eateries nearby. Great location.

It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room.

The room was over priced with no housekeeping. Guest left their trash at their door or at the garbage can by the elevator. My trash was left in my room over night because I didn’t want to leave it in the hallway. No housekeeping bring unwanted bug. So if you are trying to save one way you are loosing another.
