There is shuttle service available at Mt Fuji station for those who do not drive. The place looked great. We managed to have a clear view of Mt Fuji in the morning and it was breathtaking. There was even a brief moment when the Mt Fuji turned pink in the morning during sunrise. The hot spring and shower area looked like a private bathhouse. Food was normal and enough for us, but you can consider bringing additional food and snacks. There were A LOT of free beverages.

The camp is not connected to the dining area, toilet, and bath area. We went in the winter, so I was freezing every time I went out of the camp to go to the toilet.

The facilities of the accommodation were beyond expectations. The views were AMAZING every day with Mount Fuji directly in front of the "window" of the dome. The private onsen and sauna were one of the highlights of the stay with the management providing daily cleaning services if opted for. There was also replenishment of toiletries and drinks in the fridge, and daily breakfasts/dinners which were included in the stay.

There did not seem to be an area to wash off boots if they got dirty, or laundry facilities for personal clothing.

Helpful & friendly staff. Responded fast to email enquiries and helped make arrangements for our dietary restrictions. During our stay, calls for assistance were attended to promptly. Convenient location with a nearby supermarket. Clean facilities & good amenities provided. Loved the hotspring in the villa. Although there was no TV, games provided in the room were great for family bonding. Dinner was delicious with generous portions. A good variety of complimentary drinks in the fridge was available. Despite the rain, they helped to set up a bonfire under the roof. This was the highlight of our stay. The kids had lots of fun toasting marshmallows over it. This is our family's 1st glamping experience, and Vision has set the standards high. Hope to have a chance to stay here again in the future.

Official 5pm check-in. It would be great if they could let us check-in earlier at 4pm without having to pay extra.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were happy to answer any questions we had. The room we booked was very clean and spacious. It was great that we had our own personal bathroom/open-air bath/kitchen. The place is a little bit out of the way from the local city but VISION GLAMPING offers a shuttle bus service to get to/from the station which is great. The room itself was very cozy and comfortable to stay in.

One of the nights it was raining a little and we wanted to put the shelter cover up but staff told us it was broken. Luckily the rain cleared up by the time we wanted to use it. I wish there was more times available to get the shuttle bus to and from the station, as there is only one time available in the morning to be dropped off and only a few available times in the afternoon to be picked up. I also wish there was a more affordable price for couples as the smallest room is catered to 3-4 people.

The skies were clear and we got a clear view of Mt Fuji. At night, it was perfect for star gazing as well and I even saw 2 shooting stars. The facilities was impeccable.. Everything were well maintained and clean. The private onsen was clean and temperature at 40degrees celsius. We enjoyed the kitchen and dining area. There were plenty of kitchenware and utensils for us to use. There were quality toiletries provided.. even face mask. The face mask was a saver as were there in autumn where weather was beginning to dry up.

I had to prepare the sauna before using and since it'a always late into the night, i had to give it a miss. Unlike most Japanese hotel that I visited, this place does not have a washer/dryer. Just need to take note for longer stay and if one is hoping to wash their clothes.

This was a great experience that everyone should have. The “tent”, kitchen, outdoor living area and private bathing area were all clean, visually nice and well equipped. Nice view of Mt Fuji. Quiet area. Staff was welcoming. We had the breakfast+dinner plan. Three adults, one 10 year old. We were concern prior to going whether or not the amount of food would be sufficient. It was more than enough and of good quality. If it wasn’t there is a supermarket called Omiga about a half kilometer away anyway. The stay was exceptional but if I had to change anything it would be the check-in time. Our Check-in was 5pm. Industry standard is 3pm in / 10am out. This place is not standard and they require time to prep the kitchen and meals but 4pm Check-in would be nice so that everyone can get settled prior to starting to make dinner. Pricey but considering the course meals, private bathing onsen and amount of guests you can put in a “tent”, I find the price reasonable. Would like to go again during another season for another perspective of Fuji.

Ease to order more food, firewood, extras. The ability to feel like you were isolated from others (private area). Great view of Fuji. Next to a grocery store if you need extra supplies. Temperature control in the dome and in the kitchen were very easy to adjust.

The beds are a little thin and putting two beds together still has a gap (so even though it is possible, there is a small gap in-between). Not much else to do around the area if the garden park is not in full bloom.

We stayed at Vision Glamping for 3 nights. Everything is nice and clean. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The staffs kindly picked us up on the first day and dropped us off on the last day at the bus stop. The food was excellent. We had the best seafood paella and turban shell. We also enjoyed the bonfire, private onsen and sauna. We had a lovely time and would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The staff are all nice, helpful, and cheerful. Facilities are all amazing and thoughtful. The entire villa/camping unit is spacious. We especially like their bed and pillows, not soft, making us sleep like a baby. We stayed for two nights. They also changed dinner menu, which was very thoughtful and very appreciated too!

Very nice place away from everything with nice view of Fuji mountain. Had all the facilities needed, including nice kitchen, BBQ, private hot spring

The staff was hard to communicate with, hardly any English. Dinner and breakfast ingredients were supplied but I believe that for the price of the place they could be more generous. Price is very high for what you get. It is unique but still it was not great value for the money
