Ibis winterthur is very basic budget hotel with small rooms, but we had a clean, quiet, comfortable, non smoking room. Parking was 10 CHF. A few steps away is a Migrolino, which is a convenience store open 24 hrs a day and for 10 CHF we purchased 2 yogurts; 2 croissants; and 2 cappuccinos, which beat the expensive breakfast offered at this hotel. The Migrolino has fresh breads starting at 6am every morning. Across the street is a Coop Restaurant, which is a cafeteria where you pick what you want to eat, open from 8am-6pm (closed Sundays) and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The guy at the check in was super friendly. Overall we had a good experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near Zurich and offers moderate prices. It’s clean and has a common area with tables where you can have breakfast or eat something you’ve brought from outside. However, there’s no microwave or way to heat up food. Parking is available nearby, but it’s paid.

The pillows are low quality and very thin; they could be improved or at least provide two per person.

Next to mini-market with reasonable prices and many things (food, junks) to buy and gasoline station, available outdoor parking with acceptable fee and large enough for parking, friendly and helpfull staffs

Very clean room, a bit small but it was expected.

It was hard to find a car park nearby as the hotel car park was full

The Reception manager Marianne was very helpful and friendly

The location is ok however its at the back of Mcdonalds. I think a signage will be helpful for the customer who are looking for the hotel.

- hotel room is very small - bathroom is separated by glass door from the room with(you need to make sure your children not see you taking a shower) - no electric kettle(but were now that before booking) you have only 2 paper glasses in the room - you can not make coffee or tea in the room

Fantastic place and easy to reach anywhere essential… the staff was very helpful and provided great place if we need to work while we are travelling. Appreciated Andre for his dedicated service and friendly hospitality

Nothing at all

The bed was comfortable and room clean

Shower being see through especially with a cut out handle for the door provided little privacy sharing with my friend. We took turns leaving the room so the other could shower

Good price for the region. Not far away from the center and good accomodation.

Pretty small room, but did not expect more.
