From the moment we arrived at The Park Calungate Hotel, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of genuine hospitality and impeccable service. It was a delightful surprise to be personally greeted by the General Manager at check-in, a touch that instantly made us feel valued and welcome. This commitment to exceeding expectations was mirrored by every member of staff we encountered. A special mention must go to Sukhdev, the Food and Beverage Manager, whose attentiveness and dedication to ensuring our dining experiences were flawless truly elevated our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for him or indeed any of the staff; their polite and helpful demeanor was consistent throughout our visit. Our room was a haven of comfort and tranquility. Spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed, it provided the perfect retreat after days spent exploring or relaxing by the pool. Speaking of which, the hotel's location is idyllic. Situated directly on the beach, with the soothing sounds of the waves just steps away, it offered a sense of serenity while still being conveniently close to local amenities. The culinary offerings at the Calungate Park Hotel were simply outstanding. The Christmas Day brunch was a magnificent feast, a true celebration of flavors and festive cheer. But honestly, every meal was a delight, from the beautifully presented breakfasts to the delicious à la carte options. The quality and freshness of the food were evident in every bite. The Park Hotel provided us with an unforgettable experience. It was the perfect blend of luxurious comfort, exceptional service, and a stunning location. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return for another wonderful stay.

Nothing it was all beautiful

We had an excellent stay at The Park Calangute. Although the property has limited rooms due to its size, each room is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The hotel’s location near the seashore adds a beautiful touch, offering easy beach access. The swimming pool was exceptionally clean, with a minimal use of chlorine, making for a refreshing experience. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety to choose from. The staff members were friendly, cooperative, and always willing to assist. We also appreciated that the security staff were from Odisha, adding a nice cultural connection for us. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend The Park Calangute for anyone looking for a cozy, beachfront getaway.

Breakfast was awesome with a lot of varieties offering veg and non-veg dishes. The Chef was very courteous and went out of the way to provide the dish.

We arrived at the hotel around 12.30 pm, and we were not able to make the payment through the credit card because of server issues. So we were waiting at the lobby for the allotted room. We had 2 kids with us. It was a bit strange that no one offered something like a complimentary drink/ something to eat for the kids. The front office was too occupied to ensure that we make the payment.

The staff at the hotel are amazing, every one of them from the chefs and cooks, wait staff, reception, management and cleaning staff, everybody was super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. The hotel is right on the beach, in fact you can see the sea from the pool through the restaurant! There are tasteful lights everywhere, a stark contrast to the tacky lights out on the beach. The views are second to none, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, there is free water all day long and little treats in your room every evening. The day beds by the pool were my absolute favourite spot in the hotel (other than the sea view bar). They were huge, comfortable and you could have food and drinks brought out to you. I started out here and painted whenever I could. If I ever decided to go back to Goa, I would stay here again for sure. Special mention to Sandeep the chef and Umesh the head waiter for going the extra mile for me.

The beds were quite hard and the shower and toilet were part of the room itself and not a separate section. Being on holiday with family, it was a bit awkward to have showers etc unless one of us left the room. The food and drinks are a bit expensive, especially for India so expect to pay tourist prices.

I recently stayed at The Park for a family vacation, and it was a delightful experience. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The hotel was impeccably clean and neat. What truly stood out was the exceptional courtesy of the staff. The hospitality was commendable, with very attentive and sweet staff. Any requests for room service were met almost immediately, and made us feel well taken care of. The on-site hotel was a highlight, offering a delightful spread of breakfast options with both Indian and continental choices, including a live station. It had a great ambiance and the manager and staff were very attentive, catering to our individual requests. The game room provided enjoyable recreational options for both kids and adults. The location proved to be ideal, with the resort right on the beach, offering easy access to shacks, water sports, and good shopping nearby. The pool was not only beautiful but also impeccably clean.?The daily entertainment added a lively atmosphere to our evenings.

While our family enjoyed our stay at the property, I'd like to suggest a few improvements. Firstly, pls ensure all TVs in the rooms are functioning properly or provide guidance on them. The rooms have slightly see-through frosted glass doors in the bathroom and can make privacy a concern especially for those not traveling as a couple or with friends. In the restaurant, consider adding hand wash facilities for guests' convenience. During our visit, we noticed the presence of few house flies in the restaurant, which might impact the overall dining experience, although it could be due to guests frequently leaving the doors to the beach open.

The staff and service was amazing. The F&B Manager and the girls at reception work hard to please the guests. Loved the entertainment too.

We didn’t have a view. We expected tat being a “beach front” hotel. There were only 2 suites with a view which were booked.

Our room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It had a lovely big balcony overlooking the pool and sea.

The room was a bit tired around the edges. At the bar restaurant the price on the menu isn’t the final price as they add on about 20% tax so as long as you take this into account when ordering.

Location, Very gentle and wonderful staff, helpful and always smiling!!!! They were the best! Breakfast was excellent Products in shower were very high quality - shampoos etc

The top deck can be better by installing fans, better lighting and better vibe. Rooms need menus and room service details so we can order things without going out.
