Beautiful location with a fantastic view of the Gargano sea and of the mountains covered in olive trees. Very friendly and helpful hosts, full of useful tips and really knowledgeable of the area. Excellent breakfast and a great system to pick what you want for breakfast. Clean room with a good shower with plenty of pressure. Close to Mattinata beach and a few nice restaurants.

The a/c turned off automatically after a period of time, so we couldn’t leave it on and expect to return to a cool room - the heat was immense in the week we were there and coming back to a warm room wasn’t ideal.

The location near the sea in Mattinata was excellent. The views of the mountain and sea from our room were lovely. We could walk to the beach a a few very good restaurants, which was convenient as the parking on the weekend was scarce. Ambrogio was helpful making restaurant reservations for us. Breakfast was delicious, with homemade sweets by Matea and savory items from the garden prepared by Ambrogio.

Enough coffee pods for the stay should be provided. Also, I would suggest using your names in the contact email prior to arrival, instead of referring to yourselves as Dimora staff.

The room was beautiful, in marine aesthetic. Clean. Facilities were comfortable and easy to use. I especially liked that the toilet had a paper label mentioning it was desinfected and that the set of cosmetics was based on olive oil as an ingredient, but one spare toilet roll in the basket had a brown stain on it and I was afraid touching it. The breakfast was of restaurant quality - the ingredients and the way they served it. All of that with a nice view on the sea. The couple of owners were very adorable people. Super helpful and pro-communicative, hospitable. :) I definitely recommend staying there. But be prepared you'll need a car to get there once you enter the town. To get to the beaches and restaurants, you can go by foot. The owner offered me a car ride from the bus stop to the accommodation and return, since I didn't have a car and got medium size luggage with me. That was really nice and comforting, though I didn't want to bother them with this in the first place. 🙈 I admired the fact the owner was efficiently using voice-to-text translator, so there were no miscommunications at all. :) I also loved the fact they used Google Forms to collect data from the customers which products they want in their breakfast for the next day. Super convenient and clear.

Something's wrong with the lights installation in the room or it was very unintuitive for at least me how to set it properly (though the room had plain power buttons). The lights where flashing randomly, making it harder to rest as I was being constantly surprised by sudden flashes of the bulbs.

Dimora Mattinata is a charming B&B managed by two very kind individuals. They are passionate and ready to welcome their guests with homemade delicacies every morning at breakfast. We also appreciated their advice for exploring Gargano's beauties, without mentioning the nice and well-furnished guest rooms. In a sentence: we strongly suggest this place if you want to feel home in a stunning region! P.s: don't miss the beautiful coast bringing or renting a kayak! That is the best way to explore the amazing caves along the way from Mattinata to Vieste

The entrance is a bit demanding the first time given the steep slope. We had a 4 wheels drive car, and it took a couple of times to get used to it. A small suggestion: we missed a place to hang our stuff to dry. Minor points in a super pleasant stay.

Immaculately clean and tastefully decorated room with a very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with a great dual shower. Fantastic breakfasts with homemade cakes and bruschettas served on the terrace with a view of the sea. Mattia and Ambrigio , the hosts, were really helpful and friendly with recommendations of places to go and they even booked us a boat trip of the local sea caves which was amazing and arranged a pick up and drop off from the accommodation. Even when we returned to pick up the car on the day of departure they made us a coffee and had a chat with us.

Nothing to dislike - but it is a short drive in to town.

Central location close to famous breaches of Gargano region & a beautiful town with lots of dinner options and walks called Mattinata. Amazing breakfast with delicious daily & homemade pastries and bruschettas, cornettos, jams, yogurt and many more. Very new rooms, clean and spacious. The hosts were so kind and helpful, everyday they recommended us places to visit and best food to eat around and felt like family in only couple days!

We stayed in a spacious, very clean, and modern room. The surroundings are absolutely lovely, with stunning bays and beaches nearby. The location itself is beautiful, set among olive and fig trees. What truly made our stay special was the attention and care from the B&B owners. They went out of their way to help us book restaurants and beaches, and shared fantastic local tips. Their hospitality made our experience unforgettable!

We had the most fabulous stay with our wonderful hosts Ambrogio and Mattea . As we could not speak Italian, Ambrogio was able to use the translate app with us to enable better communication. Mattea always greeted you with her lovely smile. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The Airbnb is superbly decorated Mediterranean style and is set in amongst olive trees and mountain views that are breathtaking . We will highly recommend our Australian friends to come and visit. We were sad to leave but we’ll be back.

Everything! Room is stylish, exceptionally clean, bed is comfortable, great shower - there was nothing to complain about. But what we enjoyed the most was having lovely breakfast, carefully prepared and served by the owners, on the terrace outside - including homemade bruschetta, cake, fruit salad, croissants, cappuccino, everything was delicious and felt very special, thank you :)
