Everything but especially the welcoming staff. They were very hospitable and took care of us. I was sick when I arrived and they helped pick me up from the hospital and collected our luggage from the airport. We booked 3 days at Zenvea and 3 days at Zuri (which is a resort) and much prefer Zenvea over Zuri. We wished we stayed in Zenvea for 6 days!

Nothing. The location is perfect. Just 2 minutes off the main road so you don’t hear the noise.

The hotel was beautiful and brand new. The staff were great. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bar at the pool was a nice touch. Filtered water available on all levels. Infrared sauna available to use during the evening.

The location is further than it looks from Coron town. Getting to town includes walking up a steep hill (which was even harder due to the heat and humidity). If you are a smoker, the only designated smoking area is at the very front of the hotel in some dingy corner - not comfortable at all. My wife has allergies and the restaurant wasn't able to cater to them. So if you are vegan and/or gluten free, probably not the best place to stay. Also... roosters going off at all times of day and night. There is no lift, so you will need to slug yourself up and down stairs all the time. Therefore accessibility issues for those who cannot use stairs.

The staff here are incredible. They are so polite and there to make sure you have a fantastic stay. The food is great and I really like the restaurant area by the pool. The pool area gets lots of sun the whole day, in case you would like a rest day by the pool. The location is good and plenty of parking space for a scooter. The room facilities are great and the air-con is modern. The beds are very comfy. There is a also a small sauna by the pool. I had a great stay and would recommend to other guests visiting Coron.

Great staff. Pool was really nice to have given the warm days. Breakfast was excellent although started a little late (7AM) as we were supposed to meet for boat tours at 730. View from roof spectacular for sunrise/sunset.

We paid top dollar for family suite. This gave us more space but probably not worth the full price. The walk into town with kids was a bit harrowing due to the traffic but wouldn't be an issue without them. A trike ride to/from town ranged from 30-100 pesos depending on the driver.

Exceptionally friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, quiet, nice breakfast, and nice cocktails. The rooms were a comfortable size and everything worked really well. The hotel is open and spacious, walking distance from the bustle of Coron town but far away enough that it is nice and quiet at night. The pool was often free which meant it felt like a private swimming pool during my stay. I really enjoyed my stay at Zenvea and will definitely recommend it to others.

While the hotel is located a short walk away from the centre with restaurants/ bars etc. of Coron, part of the road the hotel is on is not well-lit. At night, this meant that I walked with my phone flash light as a precaution because I was worried cars would otherwise not see me. While this is not technically part of the hotel, it is part of the experience of staying at this hotel. I would recommend either taking a flashlight/ using your phone flashlight or getting a Tuk Tuk up/ down the hill at night for safety reasons.

Super location in Coron - down a quiet path in the town so away from the noise and bustle. The staff are super helpful - I won’t name them personally as they’re all amazing - especially helped us when our ferry was cancelled. Fab industrial style rooms with a super comfy bed. I enjoyed a late night dip in the pool before we checked out - had the pool all to myself! And not to forget the wood fire stove and restaurant also not to be missed. Unreal pizza and roasted fish. 10/10 we will come back!

The only tiny criticism is the fridge is quite bright when trying to sleep but we covered the front panel to block the light.

Service charge at the pool just to walk 4 steps and bring the drinks - not written anywhere , not informed but charged at checkout Mistakes in charging cocktails during the happy hours Waitress has no clue about the cocktails and what she serves - needs training Cash only hotel , impossible to pay by card which was an issue as we struggled to withdraw. Even the deposit is cash only. This needs to change. The ticket system for towels is strange too. Hotel is starting to age, needs some TLC in the common areas (refresh the painting)

Had a very enjoyable 3 nights at Zenvea Hotel. All the staff always wear smiles and do their very best to help and support you during your stay. The hotel is a short walk from the main high street but quiet and away from the busier traffic. The pool and bar were nice to relax with a selection of cocktails and there was a good mix of food at breakfast too. Water refill points were also available.

Some breakfast dishes could have been kept a bit warmer. Could sometimes smell some burning smoke from a neighbouring plot in the evening.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. Rooms are all neat and modern-looking. Hotel is very spacious too. Liked the variety of their breakfast menu.

Happy Hour was 5-7pm, but there were no other offerings to pair it with because accdg to the staff, it is only available until 3pm. Consider adding more food choices for the in-house italian restarant, as it is too limited. Property was a little bit far from downtown itself, there’s not much food choices around or near the property.

Great location, spotlessly clean, staff were very attentive and the breakfast was excellent. They also catered for a vegan each morning by amending the meals available.

Unfortunately, after breakfast there were no vegan options available on the menu. Guests are unable to bring food in also, so just be aware if you don’t eat animal products you commit to eating out for lunch and dinner each day. This isn’t a huge problem as Coron has lots of options. I’d still stay again with no hesitation knowing this limitation.
