The room was very clean and spacious. We stayed in the rear building on the second floor. The flooring on the second floor landing is a little slippery and curling but overall the facility is very well kept. Let's be honest, it's a very inexpensive place. The clientele may not be permanent residents but do seem to be living there. However, it's just people trying to get by. They were very friendly, courteous and quiet. The front desk personnel were understanding of my questions and concerns and set me at ease.

I liked the fact that everything exceeded my expectations from check in to check out. I'm a traveling nurse and I've been to a lot of hotels over the last few years. The room was very clean. The beds are comfortable. The room had a nice TV, working microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom was also cleaner than most hotels. It seems like the other guests that I encountered were fairly quiet. After a long day of driving we got some much needed rest. In the morning while outside we got to chat with management and he was very accommodating and friendly while maintaining professionalism. I almost forgot to mention that they also offer some basic breakfast staples which was very much appreciated as well. Can't get a better deal or room in the area for this price. We will definitely be back!

I really can't complain to be honest. It isn't a fancy upscale place but it was exactly what I was looking for.

I like the quiet neighborhood and the reception. They also attended to my request.

I dislike one of the rooms we use because it’s looks like the last person who used the room smoked there before we got there and I will suggest that you demarcate a spot for smoking instead of people smoking in front of their rooms because there a lot of people who are allergic to smoking and might be affected just as it happened to me.

The hotel did not have a beautiful front, there was some rooms being worked on, the front office and breakfast noock was very simple, however the staff were very friendly and available and the room was excellent. Beds were comfortable, had fridge, microwave. We brought our dog too. And the price was right! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Maybe add a small keurig coffee pot to the rooms. Spiff up the front office.

Very quiet and set back from the room. Staff is very friendly and makes sure you have everything you need and makes sure you are taken care of during your stay. Rooms are very spacious and VERY clean. Amazing view from the second floor window overlooking the mountain range. Close to Plymouth State and ski mountains.

It was in a nice location very quiet the staff was friendly and accommodating I would definitely stay there again!

I really cant think of anything we went to Larconia Bike week and it was a great place to unwind and rest!

Seems like this place must have been here for a long time. The buildings seemed tired and worn. The exterior grounds were not attractive. But the room was fine. Clean, comfortable. Everything worked OK. Comfortable bed. Quiet. If / when I go back to Plymouth, I will be happy to stay here again. Refrigerator, TV, WiFi all OK.

Room had everything we needed, and being in the back was quiet with a great view out the large window.

Didn't bother me at all, but a little more "landscaping" in front and back would really present the property the way it should be. A great value and a real "hidden gem."

Guest room was modern, clean and furnishings were up to date. Owner operator very nice.

Outside of facilities was dated and in need of renovation. There appears to be long term rentals in some of the rooms and “cottages” with various items outside there rooms that gave the property a run down feel. A little creepy to be honest.

for a older motel it was very clean. Room looked to be recently refreshed with paint, flooring. Beds were very confortable. Property was very quiet.
