Everything 👏🏻 Hotel: Very Beautiful (gives Uzbekistan vibes), Cozy, Clean, with complete amenities and location is just few minutes walk from the Registan Square and the Emirhan Restaurant. Staff: What i truly love about our stay are the staff. They are genuinely nice, and well-trained with providing excellent customer service. We felt like we are staying in a 5 star hotel. Thanks so muchhhh! Food: Breakfast was sumptuos. They provided desserts (freshly made pancakes, breads, cakes…) with very generous servings aside from the ones included on the buffet table. Room: Clean with complete amenities. Lights were bit dim but so far so good. The bed is so big for a couple. Price: Just right for the service it provides. They gave us coffee/tea and some sweets while they were doing the check-in process. On our 3rd day, we left our luggages at the reception because we went to a nearby country. When we came back to get our stuff, they offered us (again) some coffee/tea and some sweets. I think they noticed that we were very tired from our trip from Tajikistan. So thoughtful, you guys!!! We’ll be back again soon. Thank so much!!!

Very beautiful hotel we spent 5 nights here and we had an amazing time. Very clean and spacious room with comfortable bathroom and the location was in the middle and walking distance to all the historic sites and near many restaurants around also. Also there is a nice courtyard in the middle of the hotel were you can relax and enjoy a cup of tea.The breakfast was excellent many choices and fresh fruit we loved the fruit platter they serve, ask for it. I would like to thank Murad at the breakfast buffet for his pleasant smile and service every morning. Also I would like to thank Azim at the front desk he was very helpful with our many questions. And thanks to all the staff for their helpful and kind service. Definitely this will be my place to stay whenever I visit Samarkand.

Everything. The service offered at this place is impeccable. All the staff were quick to cater to your needs, and always check on you to see if they can help. And the manager at the breakfast buffet was awesome. He took the time to explain to us what each item was, and reheated some of the pastries for us, and even got us a platter of fruits. The entire place was gorgeous and the room was very comfortable. The amenities were nice and of good quality. We only managed to get 1 night with Kosh Havuz as the other nights were already fully booked :(

This place is absolutely stunning, from the moment you step into the lobby, you’re met with a warm welcome that sets the tone for your stay. The staff are simply amazing—super attentive and friendly, from the front desk to the breakfast attendants, and even the housekeeping team. Everyone went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location couldn’t be more perfect—just a few minutes’ walk to all the main sights, right in the heart of Samarkand. The room I stayed in was enormous, with the largest king-sized bed I’ve ever seen! The mattress and bedding were so comfortable, I slept like a baby every night. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. They even surprised me with a special welcome fruit plate, not once but twice—one in my room and another with breakfast. It was such a nice touch! And if that wasn’t enough, I had dinner on their rooftop one evening, and wow—the food was out of this world. I’m convinced there’s a hidden culinary genius in their kitchen. Initially, I had only booked two nights, but I ended up extending my stay for an extra night because I just didn’t want to leave. The staff accommodated my request easily and at the same rate, which was a pleasant surprise. Honestly, I was heartbroken to leave—I felt like I could live there! The quality, comfort, and standards at Kosh Havuz are easily above what you’d expect from even a 5-star hotel. I would go back in a heartbeat.

The Kosh Havuz is a really special place that I would recommend to everyone. We stayed here on our honeymoon and the staff in the hotel kindly offered a few gestures to make our stay very special. The staff are so kind here, it really makes a difference. Aside from that the hotel itself is jaw droppingly beautiful. The courtyard, the terrace and the rooms themselves are gorgeous, spotlessly clean and perfectly maintained. The breakfast is wonderful (healthy fruits and yoghurts, cakes, bread, hot food, juices and fresh eggs. We requested a quiet room and it was perfectly silent. The bed was really comfortable. Finally, the location is absolutely perfect, 10 minute walk to the Registan.

Kosh Havuz is an exquisitely designed and decorated small hotel in Samarkand; we chose to come back for a second time as we find it to be a calm and elegant oasis after touring the city. The food — and particularly the breakfast! — is excellent, the staff well-trained and courteous. The location is a short walkable distance from the Registan and other principal tourist sites. The king-sized bed was one of the most comfortable we had during our entire trip, and the roof-top terrace — with three jacuzzis — was a great place to unwind. We would definitely come back a third time!

A Stunning on the design and very elegant hotel. The room was exceptional with a great view and access to the interior court yard which is a work of art ! Location is perfect near by Bibi Hanum Mosque and Registan square ! The staff is very polite helpful and professional!

We think there can be some improvement on the breakfast which is more on the continental side , over all breakfast is very good but in our opinion needs more variety and some focus to the local cuisine which has such great dishes to offer!

The first impression was great, the hotel design is unique, beautiful and completely original in Uzbek style. Excellent boutique hotel! Staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful, polite and nice. Special thanks to Sanjar and I think Mourad from the breakfast restaurant! The breakfast is amazing with lots of local food to savor with. The room that we were upgraded to was also amazing, clean and comfortable that you could stay all day in it. Location was also perfect, walking distance to all the city beautiful places!
