The private location, the pristine private beach, the morning breakfast buffet, the spaciousness of both the bedroom and bathroom, and the kind and welcoming woman at the front desk all contributed to a great experience.

The mold in the bathtub, the graffiti on the balcony wall, and most importantly, the air conditioning weakening at night were all issues. I woke up every night sweating. This establishment was once an elite hotel, and I believe that addressing these minor details would significantly improve the experience. If the price were lower, these issues might be acceptable, but given the high cost, they should be corrected.

Located on one of my all time favourite beaches which is only used by people staying at the hotel. Private, peaceful, just gorgeous. The private beach wraps around the point with a row of deck chairs for the hotel guests to use. Honestly, it’s paradise. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. They have recently purchased new mattresses which were luxurious ( to be honest the others were also comfortable but I’m not complaining) The balcony view is spectacular. The breakfast is extensive and served on an outdoor terrace with views of the ocean. Parking on site was definitely a bonus. Spacious lobby, well maintained grounds perfect for relaxation. Well kept swimming pool and great dinner options on site. Friendly, helpful staff too. I’ve stayed here many times and highly recommend.

I loved everything

The staff was exceedingly nice and pleasant. It had a very pleasant set up by the shore and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. Many guests were Greek and the hotel did not feel touristy at all. The breakfast on offer each morning was generous and to a vey high standard. Noteworthy was the extended breakfast hours between 07:00-10:30. A beautiful view of the bay and sun sets to kill for. The rooms were exceptionally clean as was the rest of the hotel.

All the beaches at Kalamata seem to be stone beaches which makes getting in and out of the water more challenging. Flip flops and/or crocs are advisable.

Really nice beach, water is cleaner then in kalamata beach. not very crowded even when hotel was full. Restaurant has really nice salads, still trying to figure out what is the name of salad with oranges. Hotel was actually renovated and looks much better now then in pictures.

So wifi is strange one, the transmitter is somewhere in the center of hotel, if you are in restaurant, pool, beach, you will get 5/5 full signal, but if you are in rooms on the edges of hotel it is 2/5 bars. So probably some range extenders are needed. And you should put here new images, these are pixelated and not very good.

The rooms and facilities were very clean. The access to the beach was great - plenty of sunbeds but spaced out along the beach so it still felt quite private and like we had our own beach. The pool was also great, though we opted for the beach each day. We ate in the restaurant one night - food was great though service a little slow. The next night we ate in the restaurant next door which was also lovely.

No complaints - I would go back.

How the staff member, first day at the restaurant approached our friend in front of everyone asking have you paid for your breakfast sir? He was very embarrassed. It was lack of communication between reception and restaurant. We advise the receptionist on the first day we arrived that we’re going to take breakfast for the next day to try. We thought the payment will be added to the room like sydney. The receptionist hasn’t mentioned anything about signing a paper to add to the room. Here it’s automatically done

Lovely location with a beautiful view over the bay. Comfortable beds. Nice room with balcony. Even though we arrived late the restaurant was open and we had a very nice dinner with excellent service. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Special thanks to the receptionist and room staff who kept my husband’s wallet safely after he left it behind in the room. Their helpful response was very much appreciated.

The building is renowned, but the bathroom is not and is very small, especially the shower. Great parking in the area. The beach is very narrow, about 3 meters. The beach is pebbly, even with larger stones. Beautiful view from the balcony to Kalamata and the sea. Breakfast worse, some people bought coffee because the coffee was served at breakfast in large containers with a tap. The terraces are nice and big, there is a very nice bar above the beach. There is also a swimming pool with sunbeds.

The hotel and services were exceptional. The staff were absolute professional. A top class hotel that won our hearts without trying to. Also the view is magical, when the sun sets you feel like you could stay there for hours. Highly recommended. I will definitely stay there again.

If only there were sunbeds on the balcony ! 😂 Watching the stars at night would be easier.

Decent breakfast. Standard if not varied variety of food options

Most annoying and ridiculous rule of different service or menu options at the pool area vs about 10 feet from restaurant terrace area. This soured almost the entire stay by the sheer lack of sense and customer service and accommodation principal.
