Everything about VE Hotel was amazing! I genuinely enjoyed my time in VE and especially the breakfast service provided, but what amazed me the most was deifinitely how welcoming the staff were. It was my first time to Malaysia, and VE made me want to visit there again already.

In general, everything was fine, but it would be better if VE can make sure that all the amenity were avaliable. For example, the shampoo almost ran out on my first day there. And, I was not sure if it was just me, but if VE can provide some indoor slippers, I felt my time there would be even more comfy.

Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable.

I came for the heat, but ended up with the cold shoulder. You see, the sauna was off. Not in a lazy Sunday kind of way — more like it was still spiritually in bed with a cup of tea and no intention of getting up. I bravely switched it on, expecting a gentle rise in temperature and maybe a hint of that signature wooden scent. Instead? A long wait that felt like I was trying to toast bread using only the sun and a magnifying glass. Hours passed (okay, maybe not hours, but emotionally — hours). By the time it was warm enough to feel like a sauna and not a mildly annoyed cupboard, I had already given up and moved on with my life. So yes, if you're a fan of eventually warm rooms and unrequited heat, this sauna's for you. As for me, I’ll be over here steaming... from disappointment.

Spacious rooms and very clean. Strategic location. Very helpful security guards. the security guard was very helpful in explaining the parking situation and also the lift to respective apartments and hotel rooms as we were a group of 6 and had different room arrangements.

The receptionist who checked us in lacks professionalism while handling guests.. his hand gestures and response to any of the questions asked was very unpleasant.. it seemed like he is so bothered to check us in… some of the queries that was asked wasn’t properly answered If it was not for this experience this place old have earned 10 stars.

We had an excellent stay at this apartment hotel, thanks to the wonderful service and prime location. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the incredibly helpful and accommodating concierge and reception staff, especially Zafrul and Fish. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, and no request was too difficult for them to handle. The rooms itself were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable and relaxing environment. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location of the hotel is also perfect—centrally situated with easy access to local amenities and a variety of great restaurants nearby. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to explore the area. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment hotel for anyone looking for quality service, comfort, and a convenient location. We’ll definitely be back!

I use the VE a lot due to the location and it being ideal for visiting my friends in the area.

Usually great but in this occasion the shower was cold. I reported it to reception and they sent up maintenance. They told me to leave the water to run for 10-15 mins before taking a shower. I actually tried this but it still ran cold. Plus it irks me to run 15 mins of water as it is wasteful. After twi nights they moved me to another room and all was great again . VE is fine.

The room was spacious with stunning city views through floor-to-ceiling windows! It also had a desk and chair, perfect for working. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and video calls worked smoothly, so remote work was no issue. The beds were super comfortable and the large TV worked great with Netflix and Youtube options. The water pressure is superb and warm water is available. Nice, spacious bathroom. The staff was exceptional, from the front desk to the manager and cleaning team. They were attentive and very communicative. When we reported an issue with the smell in one room, they relocated us to another room within 10 minutes—fantastic service! The pool, gym, and sauna were well-maintained, and the pool stayed open until 10 PM. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage at reception after checkout. The location felt very safe. A subway station is just a 7-minute walk away, making it easy to reach the city center. Plus, there are plenty of food options, a 7-Eleven, and bars right next door. We had a great stay.

While the hotel has a well-thought-out room design, the overall cleanliness and maintenance fall short of expectations for this price point. Window frames were not thoroughly cleaned, and general wear and tear were noticeable throughout the room, such as chipped veneer, watermarks on tabletops, and visible signs of use. The bathroom and shower areas would benefit from either an update or a deep clean, including reapplying silicone where needed. Additionally, some light switches and electrical outlets were loose. The upholstery on the chairs showed stains. The curtains could do with a wash. These issues suggest a lack of upkeep that should be addressed to align with the otherwise high standard (and price) of the hotel.

Check-in and check out process was seamless. The room was clean. Bed super comfy. The water pressure was good. Just lack storage and place to hang clothes. The latch on the main door was broken. Please fix it ASAP for safety. Location is convenient, and parking can be validated. Overall, it was a good stay. Thank you to all the staff that decorated the room for my son's birthday. Minimal but thoughtful.

Breakfast was good with a lot of choices, the personel is very friendly and the room is clean. Great location near my company's kl office with plenty of restaurants around.

Spa was closed when I wanted to try it on my last day. Free wifi is very limited and unstable, I would expect a bit more. Breakfast is advertised as all day breakfast on your website but closes at 10:30 which makes catching up on jetlag during the week-end difficult.

Loved it the moment i parked up until the moment i checked out. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and attentive throughout my stay. The room was exceptionally beautiful and spacious. The team handling the online booking on Booking.com we are very quick and replying my requests and queries. The housekeeping team were quick in bringing us the extra towels required. During our stay one of the lightbulb was not working and the battery for the safe deposit was out. However, maintenance team were very quick in addressing this during our stay. This was my first stay at VE hotel it will definitely not be my last. Kudos to the team!

The bath wash soap and shampoo bottles were not functioning well.
