Green oasis in the middle of bustling city. Impeccable service. Everything styled with attention to detail. One of the best hotels I stayed at. Amazing breakfast. Pool area beautiful. Great facilities.

Im sure I booked room with balcony/terrace, yet upon arrival I wasn’t given one. We ended up getting suite for extra cost for what was not cheap price to start with. Few details which were not communicated clearly. While in house massage was great, we found prices too high. Otherwise would get massage there every day.

This hotel exceeded all our expectation. It was like an oasis in the busy Bangkok. The moment we walked through the gate, it immediately blocked off all the noisy from Bangkok's traffic. Even though the hotel was under renovation during my stay, they have managed to keep the disturbance minimal that we didn't notice the renovation at all. Staff were amazing, the rooms were beautiful. Absolutely wonderful experience.

There's not much eateries nearby the hotels but Central World is only 10 minute cab ride from the hotel so it's not difficult for shopping or dining out. The room we had was quite far from the hotel lobby but I think that's due to the renovation.

Great central location, yet feels calm and secluded.

Even though it was all excellent, I feel that the service levels have slightly gone down. Breakfast had a huge selection but the quality was average - food that should have been hot was tepid, crisp patisseries were soggy. In the past, the hotel had a better Thai breakfast, but perhaps it has changed its offering due to its clientele.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Sukhothai Bangkok, and I can’t say enough good things about it. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, just a short walk away from great shops, massage parlors, and a delightful mix of street food and restaurants. The staff were truly exceptional—always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist with anything I needed. The convenience of being close to malls and other attractions, coupled with the serene park right across the road

One tip for future guests: if you’re interested in the spa treatments, be sure to book in advance. The spa is incredibly popular and tends to fill up quickly, so securing your appointments ahead of time is essential to ensure you don’t miss out

Everything was 1st class

Breakfast was incredible, literally every option I couldn’t think of and more. Staff were the loveliest people ever, so welcoming and make you feel safe at home. We chose the standard room and it was so great, I am particularly fussy and I loved the room, hotel literally amazing I wish I could live here. The cabanas by the pool make you feel like you’re on an island in the middle of Bangkok. We were so relieved to come back to the oasis after a crazy night in Bangkok. We will never stay anywhere else in Bangkok but here.

The prices for the spa were disappointing much more than what I would pay in Australia, and the restaurants a bit too expensive. Although when we ate at the Thai restaurant the food was so delicious.

Lovely and well-maintained property. Staff is amazing and very much worth to pay extra for club benefits.

Didn't have time to eat breakfast due to early international flight departure. The room was exceptional and worth the price. The whole property location is excellent with garden on the property. The gym facility was out of this world with sauna and steam facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Thai restaurant on the property is beautiful but the food prices are bit on the expensive side. I was too hungry and not keen walking to get food on the street which is cheaper and tasty. Their food portions are small but it was delicious. There were Thai dancers in the restaurant while having dinner which was a good touch.

The hotel is continuously undergoing improvements and modernization which is much appreciated. It's a carefully curated blend of the tranditional and the modern. A charming oasis in the heart of Bangkok that manages to be personal and private despite the grand facilities, like the tranquil salt water pool, and well-equipped gym. Special call out to all the awesome staff that are invested in delighting their guests and take interest to ensure you have a great stay in Bangkok.
