Very friendly staff, great views from the balcony and clean rooms. Everything was great. Plus they recommended a super good restaurant very close to hotel just after the 7/11 on the main street.

I liked that the hotel was quiet, had a swimming pool, delicious and tasty breakfasts, a sea view where you could sit on the balcony and enjoy it, tremendous bed, friendly staff, daily room cleaning, good Wi-Fi, and the option to rent a bike or a car directly at the hotel (I rented a Chevrolet Cruze). There was also a functioning elevator. Excellent price.

Among the downsides, I noticed a strange sewage smell in the bathroom (room 303). The shower stall is designed the entire bathroom gets wet after showering. Since it's my first time in Phuket, I assumed from the photos that the beach would be within walking distance, but that's not the case. What lies directly behind the hotel is unsuitable for swimming, and you'll need transportation to reach the nearest beach. Rooms below the third floor have views of the rooftops of small villas.

The staff were amazing. Very helpful ,My girlfriend left her phone and one of the staff found it for her.

Wouldn’t say there was bits I didn’t like, just little things that would have been nice to have, like dinner there in the evening? But it’s only breakfast you get to eat and enjoy the sea view from their restaurant. Only other point would be to buy a few more sun loungers so guests get to use them and they aren’t just reserved for the customers that paid for the chalet/villa.

The staff are incredible , reception is multilingual and goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable, motorcycle hire is available also from hotel reception.The rooms are spacious with the spectacular view of Lom island from the high floors, beds and pillows exceptional, the whole hotel is kept immaculate by the kind and friendly housekeeping staff.Breakfast is buffet on the roof , again fabulous view and excellent tasty Asian , cereal , toast ,eggs ,bacon and fruits all replenished regularly , great value .Excellent Wi-fi .

The hotel experience is unforgettable! The guest room facilities are high-grade and practical, meeting all kinds of travel needs, and the hygiene is quite excellent, so there is no fault at all. That bed is a sleep artifact. You don't want to get up when you lie down, but you wake up naturally when you sleep. The delicious breakfast is amazing, the rich dishes make people satisfied and happy, the service staff is enthusiastic and professional, and the details are full of care!

The room was very clean, cleaning staff came in daily and they were very sweet and thorough. View from the balcony was amazing and it was very quiet and peaceful. Reception staff was kind, and speaking sufficient english for whatever was needed. There are nearby stores and restaurants, and great beach just 10 minutes drive.

The property was amazing. 3 minutes to the Rawai beach, plenty of restaurants around and a gorgeous view from the balcony. The best part was the breakfast! They have exceptional number of Thai and international items on the buffet breakfast. It was one of the best stays I have been to and will definitely be coming back!

The hot shower is a bit difficult to manage. But once you get a hold of it, it’s easy!

The accommodation experience this time was simply amazing! The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, and no matter how late I arrived, there were always staff members greeting me warmly and quickly checking me in, which made me feel extremely at ease. The free Wi-Fi is extremely fast, and I had no lag when working or binge-watching dramas. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

The staff is super friendly and supportive. The room is bigger than I have imagined with a very big, comfortable bed. The staff was clearing my room daily with fresh towels and sheets. The sea view is magnificent, close to Rawai beach, many shops are around. It was an amazing stay. Thanks to the hotel staff.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy transportation, elegant surroundings, and good air quality, making it perfect for tourism and leisure. The room design is exquisite and elegant, warm and romantic. The owner is very enthusiastic and introduced many places for eating, drinking, and entertainment. I will stay here again next time.
