I had a truly wonderful stay at EdenStar Hotel in Bangkok. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional—every staff member was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. I’d especially like to thank John for going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, with every corner thoughtfully maintained. The amenities were top-notch and added so much comfort to the experience. I also have to mention the food—delicious, varied, and beautifully presented each day. EdenStar exceeded my expectations in every way. I’m grateful for such a relaxing and enjoyable visit, and I’ll definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended! The staff namely John,Ivy,Binh,Quan,Otis ,Viktor and the room service girls ( sorry forgot their names) were courteous,polite,warm and provided immaculate and fantastic service which goes a long way to say about your hotel training selection etc. Especially John was very nice and smiling all the time. We really wish him all the best.

We really enjoyed our stay at Eden Star. The staff were amazing - friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make your stay great. A huge shout out to the breakfast staff and the poolside staff, they were so lovely and quick to help especially when I injured my foot. The room we had was huge with a large comfortable bed and the free mini bar was a nice bonus. The breakfast was wonderful, with a good variety and the location was within walking distance of many tourist attractions and right near a beautiful park area.

Although the rooms are large, the bathrooms we had was quite small and needed a facelift.

This hotel is simply fantastic. We arrived here late evening, after our original accommodation turned out to be a scam and we booked this last minute. The receptionists were so accommodated and told us to sit down and enjoy som free snacks and alcohol free drink while our room was being prepared and it was such a blessing! Our trip that had started terrible suddenly became enjoyable again. All the staff here is so polite and helpful. During our three day stay we haven't had a single bad interaction! So the service and the staff is the main reason why you should book your next stay here. The second reason is the pool and roof terass which is an amazing place to hang out and watch the sunset after a day of exploring Ho Chi Minh city. Our room had nice big windows which made for a beautiful view at night. The bed was comfy and AC was quiet. I believe this to be my all time best hotel experience and I highly recommend you to book your next stay here.

Great location, fabulous rooftop pool and bar and comfortable spacious room We had a really great stay at the Eden Star hotel in HCMC and one of the main reasons that made it so enjoyable were the extremely helpful efficient and friendly staff. In particular Kabi the bell man and Kevin at reception were exceptionally helpful organising onward travel and generally really nice to deal with. All hotel staff were in fact very friendly and welcoming which made our stay thoroughly enjoyable.

The hotel is just beautiful from the moment you step inside, with friendly, helpful staff and a welcome drink and snacks on arrival. My room was pristine and bed super comfortable. I am also hugely grateful that staff allowed me to continue using the restaurant, pool and shower facility after I checked out as my flight was late at night. I will certainly be back.

Quite unimportant, as I loved my stay, but it was difficult to avoid getting water all over the floor when using the shower head in the bath, as there are gaps between the bath and wall. It may cause damage to the room in the long run. Did not affect my stay, however.

We booked three rooms at The Eden Star - two twins for our kids and their friends, and a suite. The rooms and hotel did not disappoint. Staff were incredibly helpful, with a special shout out to Elena and Binh on reception and Ngoc Duyen who cleaned up our room everyday. The rooftop pool and bar were a great way to relax when not in the city or out on trips. Plenty of sunbeds and tables! Breakfast had a variety of different dishes with freshly made omelettes and eggs every way - we were more than happy with it. We only had dinner one night but it was surprisingly good with a diverse menu, which the kids loved. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel itself was clean and well maintained. It’s about 10 minutes from Ben Thanh Market, Walking Street and the War Remnants Museum, but down a ‘quieter’ street so it doesn’t feel overwhelming when you step out of the front door. Getting a Grab is very cheap if you’d prefer not to walk. Overall we loved it there, would recommend and definitely stay again on our next visit. Thanks to all the staff.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They greeted you with a smile. The hotel had a lovely comfortable feeling, and is one of the cleanest and well-kept I have ever stayed in. The roof top restaurant and bar were the perfect place to unwind of an evening, after a busy day sightseeing and shopping. Breakfast was great. We highly recommend the hotel; we would stay there again. A special thank you to, John, Duy, Annie, Tien, Dai, Ivy and many other staff members who made a stay enjoyable.

The bed , what's with the rock hard beds in Vietnam, doesn't cost much for a mattress toppers these days. I think if catering for western tourist this needs to be addressed and to be listed on the booking app as soft bed option

Location: The hotel is conveniently located with many restaurants within walking distance. Taking grab is very easy and cheap to travel from point to point. Check-in: Welcomed by the friendly smiled bellboy and front desk staff. The check in process is fast with a welcome drink and little local snacks. Room: The room is big and clean. The room decor is “old fashioned”. Having smart TV in the room with many functions however, it doesn’t have the mirroring function to iPhone. The bathtub is not useful; rain shower will be better if have. The bad thing is the room door. They should change with a soft closing door. Every guests apparently are slamming the door. Affecting sleep in the late night and early morning. The minibar is free except the wine. Housekeeping: The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even place a personalized thank you card on your desk. Breakfast: Variety of choices. To us it is a good breakfast to start the morning. The gym and spa: The gym is very small with treadmill and a few dumbbells. Don’t have bench for doing weights. Spa has a steam room n sauna. Rooftop bar and pool: The pool is at level 12 with nice breezy view. The happy hour drink is very good. The dinner price is reasonable and food is fabulous. They have wedding function at the pool and notice was given to inform the hotel guests. They even provide alternative to use the next door hotel pool. Day tour: The price a bit of the pricey. For the convenience, you can just book through the hotel. The exchange rate at the hotel is 1 usd to 22,000 dong. Not much of a difference from money changer and bank. I feel it is safer to exchange at the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed the stay at Eden Star. The staff is friendly and helpful. Keep up the excellent work. Thank you.

Amazing hotel, we were very impressed as soon as we walked in the front door. Check-in was instant, free secure parking in the basement, and a pool and restaurant/bar on the roof. Complementary mini-bar in the room with water and beer. Huge selection for breakfast which was included in our room rate. The location is perfect to explore HCM and is about a 10 min walk to the start of the new Metro. The staff are also amazing, definitely stay here again.

I honestly couldn’t fault this hotel.
